Really convenient location, only took 3 minutes to hakodate JR &bus station. I got a deal for about 19$ for a single room & bathroom which is an excellent deal!
Bathroom utilities were too old & the wall of the bathroom painting & plaster had chipped away in places. Disliked everything about the bathroom
The price was great for a basic family tatami room.
We booked the family room for 2 adults and 2 children, but they set the room up with only 3 futons. I had to go back downstairs to the lobby and explain we needed a 4th futon, and they said no because the booking was only for 3 people. I showed him my Booking confirmation that clearly stated "2 adults, 2 children" and he still pushed back. I finally asked a 4th time and he gave in. It was not a great way to start our stay after a full day of exhausting travel.
