Pros +
- The staff were nice enough. They have 7:30 coffee on offer.
- Helpful staff but some facility with Japanese language was necessary.
- i liked that it was close to a tram station and had an Onsen!
Cons -
- It was like a hostel - should have been priced like one. Rooms were ugly and had bad lighting. If I were 19 years old and it cost $50 it would’ve been ok.
- Beds were hard. Too pricey given the backpacker hostel vibe.
- beds were a bit too firm for us gaijins!

It was delightfully quirky - almost like a home - and had a great onset. Only 10 minutes walk to central Hakodate.
Nothing really.
