The hotel has a great location, with everything you need within walking distance. AEON Mall is nearby, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other branches.

Good, freshly-cooked, Japanese breakfast. All the needed amenities provided plus yukata. Loved being able to drop off luggage prior to check-in time. Great staff working hard to serve and to keep the hotel clean.

Very clean and I wasn't expecting to get the second biggest room. I thought double rooms are relatively small but I managed to fit both my luggage and ski bag.

Probably the breakfast seating area. Could be bigger so guests do not need to pack it in the disposable box.

Friendly and helpful staffs, nice breakfast and clean room, I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Free breakfast, good price and location

A good location in the centre of town, near the shops and restaurants. Parking is limited but hotel staff helped us reserve a spot. A decent selection of mostly Asian food for breakfast. A handy base for day trips to Daisetsuzan national park.

It had good lighting.

The walls were too thin. We could hear the other room clearly.

The blanket was soft and fluffy. Room is value for money. Conveniently located with good food nearby and JR Asahikawa station is also with close proximity.

Nothing too big but the buffet breakfast is in the lobby itself, which is somewhat odd.

Noisy during the night with people walking through the corridor and a loud fan noise in a nearby building.

It is less then 10 minutes a way from main station.

I was bit surprised that this hotel doesn’t have any room for a dining / breakfast. > breakfast is made in small open lobby corner. Cook staff was really nice but choice of stuff for breakfast was bit basic. (Not much variety).

Localization and cleanliness

This hotel chain is stingy on cafeteria space. serving breakfast in the lobby and eating at the elevator and reception is neither nice nor hygienic.

It may not be the best Toyoko inn in Japan, but it’s still great value with breakfast included. Convenient location near the station. Staff were helpful and cooperative - I asked for an extra pillow and was given one. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location and value near the station!

This was one of the great hotel we ever stayed in Japan. The service was great, the food was delicious.

Location is good, it is just 5 minutes' walk from Sapporo station.
