Pros +
- Great facilities, nice perc of getting soft drink tokens if you don’t have them clean your room everyday, and hot waxing station in the winter is a bonus!
- Location is great. Walking distance to the Aeon mall and a promenade with many restaurants and bars. Stuff is very helpful and welcoming. There was a ski waxing / tuning station on site.Rooms are relatively spacious for Japan. Great Onsen and breakfast.
- Great location, onsite parking, nice staff, great hot spring…
Cons -
- Nothing. Everything is great!
- I wish they had a closet or a dresser in the room to unpack our clothes. In addition, a ski room could have been agreat addition. There were many guests that used the hotel as a gateway to the various ski mountains in the area, and brought their gear. Given the lack of storage space in the room, a ski room could have been really helpful.
- Restaurant for breakfast is small, not much of variety for choice.

Great location, onsite parking, nice staff, great hot spring…
The onsen and the free drinks session is superb. room was big, we so happy hotel upgrade connecting room for us.
Restaurant for breakfast is small, not much of variety for choice.
Location was great and convenient to find various food options. Having an onsen at the accommodation was awesome! Hospitality was good as well, with free coffee available for guests to consume.
None!
The hotel had free onsen and free sake testing at the lounge which were nice touches. Parking is at the public car park next to the hotel and you are charged 1000 yen per night for parking there.
The separate toilet and shower/bath tub is a bit troublesome but otherwise the room was very spacious.
COFFEE IS REALLY GOOD, AND I ASK WHERE TO BUY THE COFFE IN AIRPORT. FOOD IS FAIR.
Great onsen facilities, nice view from our room
Left our large cases @ station coin lockers so we didn't have to drag them across through the snow
Big and comfortable room! The hotel is near to Asahikawa Station (5-6mins walk). It has a laundry room with 2 coin operated washers & 2 dryers. In the evening, they have different sake and local snacks for you to try daily which is a great way to chill before dinner. Parking available on-site at 1000yen per day.
Location
Check in staff unhelpful and at times rude
Great Onsen and spa services
Breakfast finish too early
Everything was very good, breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The sake and wine tasting was an added bonus we didn’t expect.Staff were excellent and vey helpful and the coin operated laundry was appreciated.
Good size room. Great location Close to train, car hire , Aeon centre and restaurants.
Room too warm. Hot and uncomfortable at night to sleep. Unable to control from room.Pack your summer pyjamas even in winter!Water has a sulphur smell.
Good size rooms. Parking at hotel. Good location. Sake tasting and free snacks were nice.
No control over AC so the room was always too hot. No tattoos allowed in onsen.
The onsen facilities are fantastic and the rooms nicely appointed and the breakfast selection is amazing, fresh and fulsome. The desk staff delightful and helpful.Paid parking available on site. A 7-11 very close and many good restaurants nearby.Plus you can open the windows !
The location is convenient and the hot spring facilities are well-equipped.
The room is spacious, though the furnishings are a bit outdated.
For a 3 stars hotel it was amazing and definitely felt like 4. The Onsen was so nice for a city hotel!
Parking was big enough and comfortable but unfortunately in this cold snowy weather we hoped for an underground parking.Biggest problem was in the room: window is not opening, no Cooling AC, and refrigerator for our groceries didn’t work.
The onsite onsen was huge plus as well as daily tokens for a bottle drink…also afternoon free sake samples and good coffee machine
Lobby could have been more inviting
Near the station. Accommodated my bicycle, which I appreciated.
All was good. Excellent breakfast.
Decent, utilitarian hotel in Asahikawa. Parking is in the rear of the hotel, and the location was perfect for us. It's a good launchpad for hikes and farm explorations. Good breakfast.
Communication was difficult. The staff seemed to have memorized English spiels to introduce you to the hotel, but if you have a question, some staff would freeze and just stare back instead and say sorry. We knew language would be an issue and we did learn some Japanese, but there didn't seem to be any initiative to problem-solve like at other hotels across Japan (eg, using Google translate). Beyond this, when we encountered a legitimate problem that required assistance, we were told, "no English, sorry." We managed to figure things out on our own, but we were surprised by how stark the language barrier was here compared to other places we have stayed in Japan.
