Pros +
- Location, comfort, professionalism
- Clean and central, good value, lovely staff
- Excellent lighting for reading, exceptional breakfast, coffee available in the lobby area, bottles of water in the room, comfortable beds
Cons -
- Small bed, good idea to book restaurants well in advance. Found most restaurants already booked. But it was between Xmas and new year.
- All good
- Quite small rooms. Shared Japaneses bath available but only hours women can use it are before 10pm and 4 am. I guess that reflected that it’s mainly a businessman’s hotel ?

Friendly, welcoming staff. Central location - close to restaurants. Clean & smart. Large, warm bathroom. I'd happily book here again.
The compact semi-double bed for two might be too small for some people, so be warned.
It’s clean and affordable. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks good English. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Nayoro station. I stayed at their hotel Sonia in Otaru and I was very satisfied at that time and this time as well.
The facilities were very good - spacious room, complimentary coffee, extensive breakfast choice, laundry facilities and convenient parking.
There was nothing that we didn't like!
Loved the Japanese style room! It was clean and comfy. Heaps of room. Would love to come back and stay here!
The onsen hours for women were unfavourable compared with the hours for men. I wished I could have used it but the times didn't work for me.
Friendly staff, good location, free coffee and decent room with comfortable beds. The cleaning staff made up our rooms each day and did a great job.
Is surrounded by nice restaurants and has a nice spread of breakfast
The onsen is a shared bath though they separate the timing for male n female section. Not very suitable for us.
The breakfast options were delicious! They offered both Western and Japanese food choices - both yummy. My room was clean and comfortable with a strong wifi connection throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, especially as my Japanese is very bad. Excellent service!
I have no complaints.
convenient , reasonable breakfast
stained linens , we asked to have them changed
Wasn’t a fan of the powdered scrambled eggs. The rest was fantastic.
Good hotel with comfortable room
