Court Hotel Asahikawa

So convenient, was quiet and the staff were all friendly. especially the car port person!

not really, the carpet in my room had some stains which made it look a little dirty.

It’s close to the train station and it’s clean and comfy.

It’s in a walk distance to the train station. Room is spacious.

The hotel is really old, feels like you’re in a motel in the 80s. Half of the lights were not working so the room is dark. You can feel the leaking wind if you stay close to the window. Their car park can’t fit in any cars except those Japanese mini cars, we end up parked at the commercial car park nearby.

Great location right near the JR station, rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

I accidentally left a bag of items in the hotel lobby and inside there are ziplock bags of my children done cookies inside tightly sealed but they just went to remove all the ziplock bags and opened up the biscuits, when I gone back to take my lost n found bags, inside there were items missing and all the biscuits ziplock bags went missing and the biscuits box tight seal also been removed without our permission

Value for money and close to the train station/Aeon mall. Looks like they have fixed their coin laundry issue by having 2 new looking sets of machines available for use during our stay. The family room with tatami mat is a rare option for a city hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, perfect for a family of four. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and numerous convenience stores. Food options are also abundant and within walking distance. Parking is available within the hotel (for smaller vehicles) or beside (for larger vehicles) for a small daily fee.

A very small negative note is since my room was at the end of the hallway there was always a little bit of noise since the cleaning closet was near there and the attendants made some noise however other than that everything so the hotel is very cool

A great budget pick if you are just looking to spend like a night just before taking a flight to asahikawa airport

I cannot understand how a hotel has such poor wifi in 2024... Gave up and used mobile data instead. Other reviews also mention wifi - beware that it will often disconnect and have a poor speed

The hotel was very dusty. We booked for 2 nights. But onlyvstay 1 night and left for another hotel. Forgo the other night as cleanliness is not to expectation

Staff was accommodating and did a good job answering questions as much as possible.

The hotel owned parking can't physically accommodate taller cars, so you'll have to use a nearby lot if that's the case.Also, there's no real controller for the air conditioning unit due to the hotel's age. You can only control the fan speed and nothing else about it.

Staff wery helpfully they keep It my luggage for two days in the meantime that i was hiking in the daisetsuzan park

Nice room and bathroom with nice toiletries. Very nice location very close to the station, bus terminal and Æon Mall.

This was the worst stay of our two month trip! You are unable to control the temperature in the room and it was unbearably hot! The air coming out of the fan smelled like stale cigarette smoke! The bed which they call a double was not really large enough for two people and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable . There is a trip hazard going into the bathroom which we stubbed our toes on constantly! The bathroom towels were threadbare. If we had know any of this in advance there is no way we would have stayed there! Beyond disappointing! The only redeeming factor was it is close to the train station and Aeon mall.

No daily cleanup for "eco-friendly" reason, however not fully eco friendly as electricity/AC could be always on in the room... I didn't recall seeing it when I booked, but was fine for couple of days. They provide daily fresh towels.
