convenient location, staff were super nice, good breakfast and service

People smoking and talking outside my room at 3am. Room above reception and staff take their smoke breaks outside. not fun if you expect to sleep. Pool was not very clean.

Breakfast was good. Pool and garden area were fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful. They even allowed us to set up a screen to watch an important rugby match.

It would have been nice if they served food during the day

Simple but quite good breakfast. Room was good, very clean bed and towels. Pool is out of work.

We stayed for three nights. Location is very good, bus stop is 3mins away, where we could get on to Venezia. The stuff is really nice, breakfast was good, room is cleaned and comfortable. Really nice garden, all was good.

The only thing what was bothering us is that all room doors are closing very loudly, and in the morning it is annoying a little. But because everything else was good, we didn’t care.

The ladies at breakfast were very friendly. I couldn't find the gluten-free corner, but one of the waitresses noticed and helped me out. She also prepared some fresh-baked bread for me. :)

Extremely convenient.

The foldable armchair which was converted as sleeping bed for my 9y old kid had a strong mold smell.

It has a very nice park that you can enter directly from your room, so my dogs got the chance to have fun on this vocation too. All the people working there are very nice. It also has a nice salon where you can sit and read. The hotel is based in a very quiet and pretty area, but it takes only about 20 minutes too drive to the ferry by car to go to Venice or 40 min to drive to Jesolo. Shopping malls are also easy within reach.

In the village itself its not easy to find a good restaurant thats open, you have to drive further away.A bathrobe in the room would be nice.

Comfy bed, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food was good.

The shower could definitely do with a deep clean

Staff are friendly.

Wifi was not available at my room during majority of my staying. 3 times asked reception, last day finally got answer it is due to a technical issue which they are still working on and wifi only available at public area and some rooms and they are not able to exchange my room since they are fully booked. In the end being offered a discount at last meal as compensation but expect changing room option could be provided earlier. Due to the fact building is quite old, room facilities are relatively old as well.

The staff! They are very kind and they are keen on fulfilling every wishes!

The size of our room was pretty small, and there was no table to sit to. In the bathroom there was not enough place to put the towels. All in all, more space and more shelf would be definitely benefit.

A bit too far from Venice (45 min by bus or 35 by car).

Great quiet location. Bus to Venice right outside the door.

A wedding party went off the rails one night but that is not the hotels fault.

Rooms are clean but starting show some ageing. Like in the corner of our room huge waterstain in the wall and some wear on the floors. But that wont matter that much. Lack of ac, atleast in our room will be more of the pain in summer time. i think there is ac in some rooms? Location was good for us traveling rental car, but if not there is like one hour trip to the venice "main centre" in the bus.

Public bus connection (7E) to Venice. the bus stop is very close to the hotel.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast and easy access to Venice

Warning: this hotel organizes weddings and parties in the weekends. If you are not one of the wedding guests, sleeping before midnight is impossible due to the loud music. We couldn’t even sleep until 1 AM because of drunken guests yelling and slamming doors. We complained but they defended that they are allowed to play loud music until midnight.

They have really good restaurant here, also the hotel itself has aura looking nice and cosy, Good pool area would provide a pleasant stay in hot days. We were staying in the Autumn so the weather was already mild, so the pool season is over, however we still used it at least once:)

The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The room was nice and cool even though it was August. Staff is very nice.
