Park Hotel Villa Giustinian

The villa was stunning, it had old charm and modern conveniences. You felt hidden and yet weren’t too far from the city centre of Mestre or far from the island of Venice.

The pool & hot tubs were not in use. It would have been nice to enjoy that part.

Location was brilliant with the bus stop directly outside the hotel and took you directly into Venice in under an hour. There was also a pizza restaurant outside also as the hotel didn’t do evening meals. This was 10/10 and well worth the money spent. Overall the room was quite small and basic which was worth the price paid and had a connecting bathroom with shower full working facilities.

The room was slightly cold with no heating the room was right off the main entrance so got a bit of draft. The windows were locked shut and not able to be opened. There was a small tv in the room but only had 5 channels in Italian. It would have been good if the tele was able to connect to Netflix or YouTube.

Everything. Easily accessible. Excellent facilities and not much costly too.Approximately 30mins from Mestre station. Not in the city center but worth the travel.

property exceeded the expectations, pool is lovely and the accommodation fine. You can choose your breakfast from buffet and order a la carte the day before which does not work perfect but good enough. the staffs are polite and helpful.

ordering of the breakfast at the arrival was a nice experience but we did not get everything we ordered.

The garden with a swimming pool and jacuzzi area is spectacular, and that was worth all the money ?.On the other side, the room was really small, too simple and not clean enough. No kettle or any tea or coffee maker. Generally, hygiene should be much better.

Location. The bus stop for the line 7E to Venice is just in front of the hotel.

Double economy room is a bit small, but clean.

In a beautiful park, calm, quiet accommodation, outdoor pool, excellent breakfast. Very nice, helpful staff. Thank you.

The place was clean n even though a bit far from centre but the travelling was very easy. Staffs were very helpful n nice, during our check in the reception lady helped us a lot.

The wifi was quite bad

Just stayed one night, but the property is easily accessible to and from Venezia Mestre, there’s a bus that stops right in front of the hotel, this bus goes all the way to Venezia Santa Lucia.

The hotel was well located for our business needs and had a very nice restaurant located directly opposite the entrance. WiFi was free and reasonably fast and the hotel was quite clean and tidy. There was plenty of parking.

2 out of 3 rooms booked smelt of smoke which was unpleasant. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before. A buffet would be preferable.

Electrical whine from the AC. Old electrical outlets that need an adapter to work with modern plugs.

Was clean ,lady's from personal very kind. Restaurant vis a vis perfect & bus station to Venice 7E wright in front of this location

Triple room:not mentioned on booking that is in annex ,even I checked good before booking. 182ft as in room decription=some around 55mp but this room had maximum 24mp. Guest from annex are treated differently,....guest from main building are "main guests":))))

Ived book this hotel with pool but the staff told us that we can use it if we reserve it on their website. So website reservation is better than booking.com? So it means facilities including in booking.com are not true?This hotel is not family friendly , not comfortable and aircon in suite room is very warmThey have mosquito or bedbugsI dont like waking up with more than 10 bite marks on my kidsThe old lady staff is not nice

All good except the charge for the swimming pool

On booking.com was advertising with swimming pool,But once we got there I had to pay €54 for the swimming pool.

Very nice family own hotel with nice owners and staff.Nice park and pool area including jucuzzi, Very clean shower-toilet-changing rooms by the pool. Good drink, snacks and toast options to eat in the garden. The bus stop just outside the hotel area with bus going to Venice was very convinient. A lot of parking options in the shadows. The Mirano center was also nice worth visiting with mainly local people in the resturants and bars.

The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was attentive and respectful. I did not utilize the pool, but it appeared nice. Great Restaurant just across the street.

It was a little warm in the breakfast area, but maybe I am just not used to the heat. Overall......a pretty pleasant place.

We had to pay extra for the pool and the rooms. Booking/we had reserved.two single rooms, when two double rooms were needed. So bit of a hassle there. And the pool was not included in the price, you had to pay 10€+3€ for the cap / person.

When the lady who served the aperitivo realised I didn't know where to go for dinner and there were no good options nearby she offered to make a salad and that was really great! 100 punti !!!

Sad to only be able to stay one night. We’ve been touring Europe for four weeks and and stayed in some great places but this has to have been the best.Everyone has been friendly and the room, facilities and food have all been outstanding ??
