Pros +
- It’s an old palace with a big front and a lovely terrace
- Very impressive structure.
- The location is good. Hotel outside appearance is good.
Cons -
- The furniture was out of date, was not that clean
- There is no restaurants or cafes around, and the bar and restaurant of the hotel were closed. We asked from the lobby a hot water and they couldn’t help us.
- The bed is not comfortable. I booked for king size bed. But they provided me 2 single together. But 1 bed is up and another down. Not same level. This was annoying me lot. Even I told them fix it for my 2nd day. But they did not.

Breakfast, room, entire hotel estate.
Coffee kettles in the rooms
The building and setting.
Breakfast. Lots of choice, but not tasty and only warm.
Location was amazing and the setting was breathtaking with the entire grounds looking great. The breakfast selection was 10/10 and if they didnt have it you could order it.Staff were friendly and always helpful. The gym was compact but a very nice edition.Room was clean and the bathroom was excellent
The bed was like a concrete slab, we really struggled to sleep. The entrance pedestrians was awful as we had to walk along a very busy road to access the only gate that was open, i felt it was dangerous, annoyingly they had 4 potential exits and all but one was locked shut, if you travel by car this wont be a problem but by foot or going for a walk around the area this was a huge issue.
The building itself is an outstandingly good looking unit. The interior of it looks and feels like 60's Cadillac. Location is perfect for visiting nearby areas and mostly Lake Garda!
It would be cool to have an asphalt parking lot, so that cars with soft tops stay cleaner for the next days adventures (not cool to put sandy soft top down, will damage the fabric and possibly scratch the glass) ??
Beautiful property! Great value and friendly staff! The room was comfortable.
The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, and it was a hot evening. The breakfast had a lot of options, but some of the food was cold.
It is a real palace! Breakfast was very good.
Getting a taxi was somewhat longer, but it was perfectly fine!
Everything is big, rooms, breakfast area, a lot of space, big bath, in general Very good. We see big yang companies enjoy the place
To cons does not make sense if you stopping for short stay
The hotel is in a historic building which is splendid and the statues plus some of the furniture inside the building are really beautiful. The breakfast room is stunning.
The lady at the reception was very curt and cold and to the best of my understanding her approach and her efficiency ,both, leave a lot to be desired, her behaviour was in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff, all of whom were warm, helpful and efficient. In general the upkeep of the hotel is not that great for example the basin had a crack, the coffee machine wasn't working properly etc At breakfast the kitchen staff had to make cappuccino for us, the ladies were really wonderful.
Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect for our nightstop while traveling back home. Breakfast very good and a stunning view from the balcony.
Disappointing
booking.com charged more than they listed and didn't accept my objection.
Very impressive palace, I didn't expect such a level ))) Very good breakfast, nice personnel Everything was very good
Beautiful historical palaceRoom big enough
Dead face of the staff. As a female solo traveler I didn’t feel being respected. Staff need to be trained well. The entrance road need to be reconstructed. Why asked for credit card information for guarantee? To guarantee your guests don’t steal from you? Payment of the stay was already made. Nice vibe being a palace and the room was huge.
Inside was dated, looked like they stopped investing in the property back in the 80s. Parking lot and the cobblestone entrance was difficult to pull bags across…no AC, and the staff were just rude at the desk.
The building and grounds are beautiful
Unfortunately the property internally is not well maintained and the food and food service is very bad. There were hairs in our food, the breakfast was cold and stale.
The building was incredible and beautifully furnished.
We stayed 2 nights before New Year's Eve and the hotel was preparing for a very large function. I think this may have affected the usual guest lounge / bar facilities. (The only place to sit outside our rooms was in the very large palace hallways). On the upside we felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves!!
The place is fabulous. A great Venetian villa a couple miles away from Brescia. Duck and a hare in the vast property around the building.Top class building materials. A good restaurant and a superb buffet breakfast.
Very nice palace, calm space, amazing dinning room, very cozy for overnight stay, loved our stay
Bed is a little bit too hard to sleep on
