Very nice and modern, great restaurant on site. Breakfast was very good.

Too many stairs to get to our room.

My daughter and I just stayed for a night and we regret so much. The room is really good (big and spacious) and very comfortable. We loved it!

Although coffee was optional, we decided to take it but it's ok (just that!) -- perhaps we were expecting something better with more options...

The stuff was very nice and greeting. It had everything we needed as a family with kids. It was comfortable, the kids had their own room and space, there was a full kitchen. The location is great, next to many cafes and next to the center.

Large suite. Lots of space! Central location.

Parking was several blocks away. Very minor annoyance.

Staff a bit rude, especially the front desk lady. The fire alarm started beeping in the middle of the night because of the dead battery and it took them 2 hours to change it.

Apartments located directly in the old city centre, various options of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. We had very spacious apartment with kitchen, living room, two separate rooms and two bathrooms, clean and comfortable. It is possible to book breakfast separately. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would gladly come back.

The apartment is big and well equipped. Nice to have washing machine and kitchen.

The listing mention coffee/tea maker but there was no coffee machine. It only had water kettle. The staff said there was coffee powder as “coffee maker” but there was not even coffee powder.

Very clean, comfortable, in the centre of the town and the staff is nice, especially the Lady, who welcomed us.

The parking spot is not close to the hotel.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious. It gave us plenty of room to be comfortable. We would stay with this property again in the future.

Our unit was the top unit and it was very warm. Even with the fan turned on and windows open, it was too hot. But we also stayed there when Europe was having a heatwave so likely would be better under normal conditions.

This place was enormous and beautiful, with a lovely balcony overlooking one of the city’s old towers. It was ideally located in the city center, yet still quiet. The apartment had plenty of natural light, and the front desk staff were friendly and available even after hours. A perfect spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

The entrance to the building carried a lingering smell of cigarettes, coming from the nearby bar.

Very nice large loft room in the real centre of České Budějovice. Easy check in everyone can do upfront online which then speeds up the process at arrival.

Pillows in beds were not comfortable.

An amazing apartment in the city center ! Comfortable bed, the staff was very kind and friendly.

“There is no elevator, and the hotel room is on the second floor, so the suitcase has to be carried upstairs. Parking is outside the hotel. The man at the reception is dressed too casually for such a position. Breakfast is only served until 9:30.”

Shower located inside bath tub, with a swinging door, could be challenging for older people or those with poor balance / mobility

Perfect location ( 300 m from Samson fontain), fully equiped rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet place. Parking is safe and not faraway from the hotel. For this money you could not find any comparable.

The hotel is directly located in the city centre and close to a lot of cute cafes, supermarkets and all important sights. Huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed. The staff was very kind. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.
