Best Western Park Hotel Continental

Good hotel, convenient location, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast, stable Wi-Fi, private parking near the hotel

Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room!

More closets!

Extra payment for the breakfast although in the reservation via booking.com was included.

They ask us to pay extra for the breakfast although it was stated in reservation done via booking.com that brakfast was included in the price.

Passable

The sound insulation between the rooms is very, very bad, you can hear footsteps from the rooms next door, you can hear voices from the rooms next door.

Big very clean room, parking and breakfast.Good value for money.

Good breakfast, excellent staff.

Accesibility - older utilities.

The Best Western Park Hotel Continental has comfortable parking place inside and location is closed to the city center in one hand but quiet place on the other hand (it's a big plus for me and my children). We had clean and spacoius room. The friedly staff conveyed positive emotions. We'll stay here next time too

Good location!

Arguing about Credit Card in front of other people. I understand that deposit wasn’t go through because I used disposable card by reservation. So I believe that there are other ways to clarify that’s.

the people at reception where verry friendly and helpfull .the location was easy to reach

location , but the hotel need a refreshmentin general from the parking place the entrance the elevator the room , specialy the shower / bathroom its all a bit out of time and not competabe in the market from today but thats my opinion

The staff and the room where great

I arranged a taxi from the hotel and they charge us way more due to "waiting to long for us". When the price was supposed to be fix.

Our room was huge, excellent for families with a children, breakfast was good, hotel has its own parking.

Everything was ok.

Friendly hotel stuff, fantastic room, restaurants and shops near by, nice breakfast

Everything was great, staff was amazing, the whole place is very clean and breakfast was varied and delicious.

We stayed during Christmas as we were joining family for the celebrations. The staff was extra friendly and the otel overall very clean. The location is what made me choose it, only few minutes from the center and very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

I have a baby who still uses the pram, so I would have made good use of a ramp to reach the elevator. Still, it was not a deal breaker as it was only a few steps of stairs, but it was enough to make me lift the pram.

Hotel is clean, warm (se stayed in January), rooms are spacious, kettler and a fridge in the room, coffee and tea as well. Spacious and free parking in front of the hotel. WiFi is very good, too. In less than 10 minutes by foot you are in the city center.

Rooms are little bit outdated, you can see the age of the hotel but still everything is functional, clean and not broken.

Everithing! Good parknig, nice room, fantastic breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It's a good startpoint to discover the region of Venice.

Awesome location in a beautiful town. Great staff and wonderful facilities.

We were only able to stay one night

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and good internet. Spacious toilets too.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the hotel needs a bit of renovation and updates to get up to speed - especially because it's part of the Best Western chain.

Bad

Old hotel, old furniture, poor conditions, very expensive services, staff is not very friendly.
