Spotlessly clean. We were a little out of season so the coffee/bar options were limited.

Arriving on a Sunday the restaurant is closed in the evening and there is no where local to go and eat. The hotel arranged a pizza for us to be delivered but we just had to sit outside on our own in the courtyard as all other area's were closed and it wasn't very warm.

Fresh made Italian coffee (caffé, caffé macchiato, capuccino) for breakfast

Really nice hotel, great staff lovely food.

Nothing bad about the hotel but taxis are a rip off €45 for a 5k trip and €260 to zVerona airport so yiu need to plan your transport in advance.

The property was nice, but I found it to be more an event location than a place to get some rest.The room was big and nicely arraged, but it was very warm.The breakfast was ok, it had a lot of sweet options.

When we arrived they were getting ready for a party, the guests were arriving. There was a celebration of someones birthday, which I thought was nice, but we couldn’t enjoy the outside space at all. The second day, in the evening, there was no staff at the property and we had issues with getting in, had to call someone to come and open the door.The stay was not at all relaxing.

Zero service in the day for like 3 hours I didn’t see any staff to get a drink and the bed was uncomfortable

Many staff members spoke italian only. There was an event (I guess a wedding) - it was very loud late into the night

Very nice hotel, with good restaurant and nice bar.

The swimming pool is not to swim in in the evening. It's just at the bar.

Beautiful place, staff very kind and friendly, very good menu for a dinner and fantastic breakfast with perfect coffee. Quite and friendly environment perfect for relaxing time in Italy!

Disappointing

We have been accommodated in a separate section of the hotel, near the pool, where some kids drank and shouted until 3:30 AM in the morning. I consider this an unacceptable matter and I strongly suggest to do not accept the rooms near the pool.

Very nice and big room with a bathroom included in the room. It was very quiet and comfortable. Even though there was a party going on, seems to be a local hot spot in the weekend, it was absolutely quiet!

Suite with jacuzzi is amazing, spacious, modern and super clean. The poolbar is close but no sound will disturb you. The poolbar has everything you’ll need when looking for a drink or some snacks. The restaurant is also very nice, definitely worth a visit. Great place. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely going back!

WiFi experience in the suite was lacking. No big issue for us, we told the owner and she’ll be looking into it.

Great food, very tasty and looking nice, portions were perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. K-farm looks very good, all the spaces are well arranged and well maintained.

Our room was next to the bar, which was open late night and the room was not soundproof.

Great staff, nice treatment, check-in went just fine. We couldn't reach breakfast, so got mealbox.

Only thing I can complain was loud music because of some wedding in restaurant on Sunday night. Otherwise very cozy and nice place.
