Hotel Villa I Pini

Breakfast was good, however, slightly limited when it came to the warm stuff.The location was convenient, as we were working close by in Schio.The restaurant is exceptional, and the staff are very professional and accommodating.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.

Our room was right next to the elevator, so it got a bit noisy in the morning when the other guests were using the elevator to head downstairs.

Staff were not able to speak any other language than italian - it was tricky to communicate with them.

Bar area rather bare when we were there. Bedroom wardrobe was a bit tight to access.

It’s a nice looking hotel with a nice view on mountains, the hotel seems clean and elegant.

The room didn’t look like the one on Booking. There was black mold around the window. After we told the staff about it, it seemed like she didn’t care at all about it. Only got one set of towels and the wifi wasn’t working because the room was at the very end.

Very comfortable and modern hotel with good facilities (suite with jacuzzi). The restaurant food was good. More than decent breakfast. The place is very quiet and has a nice relaxed atmosphere.

This is one of the finest hotels in which I have ever stayed, on every level. The food is the best I have ever had. The service is impeccable. The entire historic hotel has been newly renovated with exceptional style and quality. All VERY READONABLY PRICED. Exquisite.

The air condition is very loud, even if you turn the whole system off (was done by front desk) the internal air circulation in the room is still running and very, very noisy.

What a wonderful hotel situated at the edge of Malo and very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was especially good with a wide selection but the dinners were fabulous and very reasonably priced. We most definitely would stay here again if back in the area.

Some switches and lighters in the room were broken. Shower equipment was too cheap and not comfortable. Breakfast doesn't offer any vegetables. Dinner is the restaurant was not tasty.

The staff was fantastic. Marta, who was at the front desk, made sure our every need was met. Her personality and helpfulness made our stay that much more enjoyable. The wait staff in the restaurant was always there to make sure we were taken care of in the finest manner. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Our group would like to make sure that Marta is recognized for making our stay a memorable time.
