- The bartender and maid were very nice!
- close proximity to haupmarkt. young man at desk very helpful and polite
- This hotel provided a pleasant combination of the old and the new; an older flavor with respect to decor and furnishings, but also a completely modern bathroom. The hotel's close proximity to the historic city was also a plus.
Cons -
- Hotel charged for Internet that was not used. When booking it said free breakfast. Hotel charged 10 euro a person per day
- parking can be an issue although it was a sunday and we were able to secure free parking on street
- The elevator system is awkward. Our rooms were on the fourth floor, but the elevator near the reception area only goes up to the third floor. From there either a second elevator or stairs needed to be used to reach the fourth floor.
