Clean, modern place. They let us check-in late, after reception was closed. Very central location.

Accidentally they forgot to leave towels in our room, and there was no staff at night to ask for some.Breakfast is great, but some fresh veggies would be good.Parking is on the street.

It is a lovely spot in the middle of the city center. The staff was nice, the room was cosy. The breakfast is fine.

The staircase was dirty.

The stuff is super nice, helpful and friendly and the breakfast is the best I had in Italy for past 7 days. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, they also have coffee machine and small fridge which is very nice.

I could hear the noises of other guests a bit too well. As I'm sensitive to this I had to wear earplugs.

Lift is only accessible to the 1st floor which made it a bit difficult to go up and down with a stroller and luggages.There is also the fact that there is an overpopulation of immigrants in Monfalcone, obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel.Otherwise, the hotel is recommended ⭐️

No elevator!Breakfast was at a minimum level!The beds were very uncomfortable! We could barely sleep!

There is no parking place attached to the hotel. You need to park at a public parking place, for wihich you need to pay.

Staff was fantastic and very accommodating.

Hours of operation. Had a 0430 taxi pickup. Property is basically in lockdown after 11 Pm. Two entrances one open one. Closed. Taxi didn’t know which to use with no employee on site and the other entrance limited. If you have an early departure you may have a problem. Can’t use the elevator after 11 PM. At night. Carry luggage by hand down the stairs at night.

Loved the property overall, very nice, clean, well located, good instructions for parking.

I think that a piece of paper with instructions on how to enter the building during nighttime on the bar facing door would 100% help out. It’s a shame because it is very easy to enter the building but just need some instructions.

Room was basic, but has everything needed for a short stay.Decent breakfast.Location is quite nice: in the middle of town with some restaurants and gelato shops in walking distance.

Be aware that you can't drive to the hotel - if you have a lot of luggage that might be a negative point.

Accommodation was good and not far from station. Very clean. Only complaint was double bed was a sofa bed and it was not great!

Booked two rooms together as we were a family of 5.got confirmation that rooms would be together but when got to hotel on arrival they said we could not be together and were put in different floors. This is not good!
