Breakfast was good with great selection

Bed too soft, pipes were noisy in 401 and shower door not able to open fully.

Stay was ok, but the whole aftermath of payment made everything really bad

they tried to charge a no show fee, even though I stayed and was at the hotel at that moment f(?!?!). I paid once in the hotel and they marked my booking through booking as a no show for some reason and then tried to charge my card at least 10 times for the "cancellation fee". When I was still there tried to sort things out and the receptionist said all done and good, and then afterwards as well I reached out mutliple times and no response. So really bad staff that does the admin.

Late check in was not a problem, a set of keys waited us at reception. It was also possible to get drinks/snacks from the fridge and pay for that in the morning.

Only used it to sleep on the way to further south. Family room is good value for money. Spacious for 4. Clean. Comfortable. Staff was friendly with late check in.. Close to highway

Nice large room. Free parking with a large parking lot beside the hotel. Area was quite nice and quiet. Not close to restaurants, so we had to drive to dinner. The small kitchen with the fridge is nice, especially with a family.

We didn't have any shower gel in the bathroom. When we asked about this, we were told we would have to buy it. I found this quite strange. Tea bags in the room would be great, not everyone drinks coffee.

Price, staff, very clean room and location.Everyhing was perfect and we DO RECOMEND Grille hotel for short and long stay????

Strange different rooms

The rooms were disappointing to say the least.Small uncomfortable spring beds, cheap shower gel, broken shower heads, discarded items and huge clumps of dust behind and under the beds.Room temp problems... I left the room in the morning (room was warm) , I returned at night tired and wanting to go to bed, only to discover the room was completely cold.. the cleaning staff had turned off the heat while I was out..Respectfully will not return

The breakfast is very tasty. A big variety of food. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The room is clean and comfortable. It is great hotel and the price is not so expensive. I will live here next time when I come.

Central location, close to restaurants and markets. Comfortable beds. Mini kitchen in the room with amenities. Breakfast is good. Free parking space next to the hotel. Fre Coffee, tea, snacks next to reception.

Hotel is close to the train station, breakfast was good, staff was nice and helpful. Hotel offers free bikes.

Lights by the bed in the room were not working and the fridge was really noisy.

Location was good although not central in Erlangen, it was close to the office I was going to. They let me check in when I wanted to.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, toilet paper they put in was dirty. In general the room didn’t seem very clean although the bedding and sheets were.Also expensive for the value they provide.

Not good

I booked 4 rooms for 8 people, with 2 beds per room. The booking offer showed 2 single beds plus a larger bed in each room. When we arrived at the hotel, there were a total of 5 beds prepared. Out of that, there were only 7 blankets and pillows for 8 people. Three people had to sleep on the couch without bedding. In reality, the setup was barely suitable for 7 people, yet we were charged for 8. What was presented in the pictures did not reflect the reality.

I was expecting big room with double bed and other facilities like mentioned in my previous answer.

Room and the Bed size. I got single bed and some of the facilities were missing like double bed (or) queen size bed coffee maker, coffee/tea/milk sachets, Refrigerator, Cupboard, Mirror in the room.

Location, we used the hotel for traveling back to home, close by main highways in the area

Shower in the bath, but a bath with children is a plus so equals each other

Well, close to office for my business meetings. Front desk staff were courteous, with a smile :)Breakfast was good.

I just stayed for 11 hours, so not a lot of time to really experience something but bathroom could have had some toiletries ;)

The fan is dusty and not cleaned.Some bathroom floors slope is not correct .. water takes time to receed
