Yildiz Life Hotel

Better than I expected, very spacious suite. very comfortable and clean, above that the staff are very friendly and helpful. the location is also great 5 minutes from the airport.

The location was good

The Room wasn't clean and there was A leak on the bathroom

The manager was very very nice person wish him all the best, also Mr Emre was excellent Mr Ali and Mr AbdulRahman all are v nice persons.

The staff were unhelpful , staff at the breakfast area need some one to serve them indeed , my child go and asked for juice to drink they act like they are not working there .

sea view, breakfast was delicious with sea view, Arab Receptionist (Abdulrahman) very friendly and kind, value for money, housekeeping staff was so sweet, smiling at me all the time.

Location was unpleasant, weak wifi, elevator was down for few days, one of the Turkish receptionist was racist.

it was dirty. they are not cleaning well also not changing linens. the breakfast did not worth it was small items prepared which is not worth to buy it with room better don’t involve meals with booking

the room was very dirty, for the first night our pillows didn’t have cover and no towels in room, room was very noisy you hear even the next room talking and also the window didn’t close properly and it liked you sleep in the street, the hot tab water didn’t work and when we ask housekeeping to fix it, it took 1 h to come and fix it, the breakfast was awful we found the beetles in coffee, there was no one in front desk to help carry luggages at 7 pm and the guy didn’t have friendly manner:(never suggest any one try this hotel

Internet almost not working,wc flush was not working time to time, shower drain system was not working, long time waiting room service, no English speaking stuff.

There was no light outside the room on 4th floorI wanted to pay in cash but they charged my card despite my instructions of paying at the property.They turned off the A/Cs in the middle of the night

uncomfortable bed, old and unclean bed sheet bathroom, very poor wifi, you have to recharge the Keycard daily, breakfast, road and airplane noise due to poor window isolation,We have to ask for cleaning and to provide the towels and soap daily.we stay for 6 nights but they did not change the sheetvery poor breakfastno Iron in the roomold towel
