Sabırlar City Suites Hotel

Clean, size of room, furniture

The rooms on the highway side is too noisy, the sound isolation is poor

Location CleanStaff

Every thing was excellent, property management may think about small problem which is the front rooms viewed the main road facing a lot of traffic noise during the day.

Most of it the size and the way it looks most likely the price

I didn’t like the fact I have to make sure and tell the reception to clean my suite and then i found out that they didn’t fill the shampoo and did not clean the toilets

I really liked how it was really clean. The staff were nice and always cleaned my room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The wifi was fast too

Price online is double times expensive then buying directly

Hotel & location is great. Room size are big and comfortable. They have nice open air seating area. Staff is friendly. Knows English.Super market is next to entrance. Was happy for the jet spray in the toilet. Made our life easier.

Breakfast was not upto the mark need alot of improvement. According the the rates charging ambiance is not high standards. In family suite with 2 bedrooms they should have 2 toilets.Bedsheets were not changed during my 2 night stay.

Very clean, location near mall and restaurant, downstairs super market was very helpful. Staff is responsive.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs,; we have 3 young children and the staff made lots of effort to entertain them and make sure their stay was comfortable, especially Gamze & Yilgit. The location is excellent, since it’s very close to the airport and central to the tourist attractions located both to the north and south. It is also conveniently located next to a supermarket.

Very clean, location and friendly staff

Noisy sometime because of the traffic

The hotel is very excellent, quiet, and family-friendly. The staff is very helpful. I dealt with Mr Sultan Murat He is a top of cooperation and respect.

Very nice clean and comfortable good location with a supermarket in the same building

The location is beautiful, the place is very clean, and the staff is also helpful. The receptionist Mr Murad is wonderful and cooperative, I extend my stay there and I highly recommend it

Spacious apartment

2 bed room + 1 living room with *only* 1 bathroom,Also, the water drain in the shower box is bad

staff, location and cleanliness

Its clean and the room is very spacious.

We stayed for 6 nights, we asked for someone to activate the safe box every day, yet they never sent anyone. We also asked for an iron every morning yet were continuously told that “the hotel is fully booked.” It shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility that there are not enough facilities to accommodate the numbers. As a result we had to take our valuable things with us everywhere and wear our clothes without ironing, pretty disappointing for the price and rating.
