Location food hospitality was on spot.

My bed have stains , iron horrible it messes up my dress shirt , please see the pictures

Location, cleanliness

Free parking is possible but it’s almost impossible to get your car out as you want as all cars are “packed” in a small gap and you have to deliver your keys to the staff. If someone wants to get out they pull your car out themselves and there’s no guarantee for the damage. That was the only issue with the hotel.

We liked the room, we had for our first night a room in the street side it was a bit noisy, we asked the day after to change it and they were very comprehensible and gave us a better one in the 7th floor with a beautiful viewThe staff was helpful, clean rooms comfy beds

All staff at the Front Desk especially Mr. Faith, Mr. Mustafa have been very helpful. Check in was smooth & rooms were clean , nice. Very nearby to Taksim square & Galata tower.

Hotel is new. Rooms are big and advanced. Breakfast quality is super. Hotel stuff are amazing. Very good money value. Hotel is clean. Location is amazing. Service is excellent. Talha in front desk is very nice, respectful and very helpful. Helped me with a bid problem and also late check out. Thanks to Talha.

It's a nice clean hotel, about 15 mins away from Taksim Square. The Hotel is modern, and the rooms are nice, but a bit small. I was on the 7th floor and had a nice partial view over the sea.

I had a really unsettling experience during my stay. Around 8:00 in the morning, while I was still asleep, someone from the technical team broke through my locked door. I had the safety chain on from the inside, so the force damaged the door frame. I jumped out of bed, completely startled, and rushed to the door, only to find a technician and a housekeeping staff member standing there.I couldn’t believe what had just happened, and I reacted instinctively by shouting at them out of shock and confusion. The technician quickly apologized and repaired the door, and from what I assumed, it seemed like they had mistaken my room for another one across the hall. While I appreciate the apology and the quick fix, it was a very distressing way to be woken up, and it felt like a real violation of my privacy.I called the reception and reported the incident which was not acceptable.I just wanted to share what happened in the hope that steps can be taken to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.

We have been coming a couple of times to Istanbul and chose to stay in this Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean and location is great. In addition the staff is very helpful and super friendly, such as Ms Hulya and all the team.

Nice hotel with very good location at Taksim (Istiklal Avenue by 5min. walk only). There are nice coffee places and restaurants around. Staff was exceptional! They were very nice and helpful. Hotel has nice sauna and small gym. The price was good considering you are staying in center of Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this one to everyone.

Gym could be bigger with some more equipment for workout.

Snowing and my room had no heat. it was freezing cold. I had to constantly report no heat in my room, and the shower was like a refrigerator. It made taking a shower an uncomfortable experience. The king size bed was 2 beds pushed together that kept sliding apart. They should provide transportation to and from the airport. There is no shuttle bus..

There were very few vegetarian/vegan food options.

Last two days there was working Taylan - in reception an bellboy named Muhammet and they are very kind and supportive, we are very content

When we arrived, we had to pay at reception, but staff said, taht we can’t pay by wallet and that they doesn’t care if we do not have another way to pay.After we asked to connect us with manager, but he also said, that “i’m not a bank, I can’t pay for you”.Afetr all of this, we were standing there about 40 minutes, tired after traveling and needed toilet and etc .Afer this, i asked again to try again to pay and they took another pos terminal and payment was successful at this time.This means that they could have helped from the beginning, but they wanted us to pay them in cash.And they didn't care about our situation.It was horrible

Only the bed was confortable

The staff simply does not speak English. This affects their ability to interact and, mostly, solve any issues related to the accommodations. Firstly, I stayed during winter, and the room presented two major issues: the water in the shower was barely warm and the heating system did not work properly. After requesting these be fixed, their three attempts have failed.
