Location is amazing. The old house style is amazing.

The staff could be more generous. Hot water needs repair. The last day of our stay we couldn't shower in the morning nor the night before even after contacting the hotel staff.

The staff were amazing, so lovely and accomodating and very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was beautiful, clean and big. It was cold at night but we couldnt tell as the heating is amazing. Breakfast was a treat. Close walk to the main part of town but far enough away to be quite and not feel so busy

Not a negative but the rooms are all upstairs without an elevator if that is something to consider

Dinning room is very beautiful. Homemade breakfast really nice. The room was clean.

The house is a historical ottoman building including the interior. It's beautiful and very comfortable. The owners are very welcoming and kind. They prepared a magnificent and rich breakfast. The hotel cab driver Mustafa gave us a great tour to the nearby sights (canyon, cave, nomad village) for a fair price.

In Safranbolu, this property caught our interest with its genuine Ottoman-style charm and the owners' exceptional hospitality. The delicious breakfast, featuring local specialties, was a delightful highlight. Perfect for a memorable stay immersed in history and comfort.

We absolutely loved this place and would have stay longer if we could ! The family is so kind and helpful and the breakfast is delicious (& organic !) the room was super nice. Everything is perfect with this hotel !

We felt at home with the Gökkaya family. They were helpful and accommodating in every way. Their home is spectacular and has that authentic feel. They are situated along the river and are close to the market and Masjid. Awesome views. Was so Peaceful and calm. We really had a lovely stay.
