A very bad hotel, this is worst stay we had in Turkey. Damaged facilities, staffs ignored the issues. Bathroom malfunctioned, staff and manager were not responding to the issue. Not hear from anyone from Hilton, it’s been a week since our stay.

Solid hotel with nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is great, lots of options. Located in new town, there's a large parking place outside. Everything was perfect.

Great accommodation, with a delicious and varied breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. All our wishes were fulfilled.

The pool water was very cold.

Good breakfast, nice staff , big room

I booked 2 nights and I have trouble sleeping, apparently there is a water facility above my room which constantly makes a loud noise they fix it for a couple of hours and keeps going, I was exhausted, very disappointing

Big clean rooms. Great pools. Decent fitness room. English on the TV. Good restaurants around the corner.

Hotel reception service and kindness.

The supporting staff did not speak English nor was really supportive - e.g. in Bath. For the Hilton brand I would expect a bit of different behaviors, at least try and smile!

Location is great. Staff is helpful, friendly and respectful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Food is very good quality and restaurant staff are very good.

There is a smoking floor and the place smells smoke because they can’t stop people smoking in the rooms. Staff and guests smoke outside the doors and the smoke goes everywhere in the building. On top of this they have a chemical room spray and a vapour machine which pumps out an awful smell. It is not the heaven for people with asthma, allergy and heightened sense of smell. The bathtub is too high and makes it dangerous to get in and out of shower.

Car parking is available and makes our check in very convenient. Staff is very friendly

No breakfast is included and needs to pay extra for it

Clean . Close to down town activity

Unfortunately No Conditioner, body lotion & tissue in room 227

Quite hotel. The hote reception staff are good especially Ayyvce and Nurcon.

Good breakfast, Location is 10 min from old town (by car). Parking is on site, fast check in,

Free wifi is not good
