The price

The apartment is in 4th floor. No elevator. The building is under construction and the window is covered so no view at all.

Modern clean. Comfortable. Near train station

Very little natural light. Stairwell up felt sketchy ( bottom had trash )

as close to the bus station, restaurants etc as you can be. easy (1 bus) to get to the beach. good communication for check in

there was a heavy smell of perfumes/potpourri in the room. it was a bit too much for me, but treat it smelled clean

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

The building looks like it should be condemned. The edges of the shower were moldy.

The actual accommodation was new and clean and looked nice.

We couldn’t stay because the location was terrible, scruffy part of town, unsecured street entrance and stairwell used by homeless people and 85 stairs up to accommodation with no elevator.

The price was excellent value. The rooms were super clean and modern. Air-conditioning was awesome.

There is no staff on site. No idea how to access parking. We ended up using the lot down by the marina which only charges you until 10pm and then starts an hourly rate again at 7am. I think it was 1 euro per hour.The building itself is old and the neighbourhood feels run down but it is a quick walk to the tourist area.

The fact that the parking was closed because of work in the street and the fact that we were awakened at 6 a.m. by the construction work and couldn't get back to sleep.

the room was newly renovated. it had air conditioner, fridge and great bathroom. it is very close to the bus station, restaurants and cafes.

Neatness, location and tidiness.

The construction site outside, but that is out of your reach.

Location, cleanliness, communication with staff

I would have liked a cattle and coffee cup and a wine or water glass to be standard in the room. The owner helped me get one from the cleaners room, but to have it as a standards facility would be good.

Just could have used a better explanation of how the outside gate opens. We finally figured out that after pressing the code (while buzzing) you have to reach inside it to press the handle.

Great instructions on how to reach the room. Spacious, modern and fresh. Location is by the bus station which is great but can be a bit noisy if you want to open your window during the night. Would definitely book again if I were in Rijeka

Great location! Easily walkable to the city center and restaurants. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. Very comfortable and good shower! Air conditioning is a plus! Host was very communicative if we had questions. Affordable parking close by.

There were a lot of stairs to get to the room with no elevator due to being an older building. Was not an issue for us, but could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Booked the room cause of the location near the busstation. It is 30 sec to get there :) other parts of city walkable, if not you have all the buses to get everywhere & it's very clean and tidy

for me it was a quite small room, single beds - you have to like cozy ;)

If you need to be close to bus station, this is perfect. It is clean, classy and updated.

No one on premises to help as in my case, I didn't have internet access so missed the message with check in instructions, luckily another tenant was able to call the host for me. Another negative is the firm bed, but I made do. Also no hot water pot and of course those stairs to the apartment!!!

A little bit struggle to open the iron front door of the building

Great location, across from the main bus station and very close to Korzo. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bit small but functional. There is no elevator in the building, but the stairs are shallow and not too difficult to climb, even with luggage.

The walls are far from being soundproof, so a pair of earplugs really helps. The internet speed is decent, but not great for remote work.
