Kemer Country Hotel Istanbul

Very clean hotel. There was no one in reception when I arrived. I had to call the spa to have them call and find someone to help me check in. The room was amazing, beautiful , high ceiling, luxurious. Fridge in room, safe as well. The room was extremely hot. It was 28 degrees C/ 81 Fahrenheit. AC was left off. Called reception, told I had to turn on the AC which is centrally controlled and that it will take an hour to get it cooled.

Very well located hotel, outside of the city but in the middle of nature. Well designed and very comfortable rooms, staff exceptional friendly, breakfast excellent, food very well.

The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Room service quality is genuinely excellent

It’s quite noisy around the area due to construction, a match, and people walking through the garden, even though we booked an executive room. Also, the room doesn’t get dark enough for a comfortable sleep

The layout . Quite the green

Do you believe it I request an iron and bored The answer was they have one but unfortunately broken they don’t have another one. I was really upset. The A C was hot

Very modern.. very clean. Good proximity to airport. Golf course.

Still alot of construction on and around hotel. Internet in the room didn't work. But Public areas was strong.

Calm, quiet, beautiful forest and greenery.

The lighting system in the rooms is totally non user friendly!

Exceptional green location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean & comfortable and really big rooms. Far from crowded city center but private shuttles can be organized to and from city.

Exceptional friendly staff, beautiful green location, very well designed rooms, with a good restaurant, spa, pool and golf course.Transportation can be organized from abd to everywhere.

There was only one narrow stair with high steps and in spiral shape. Elevator was out of order for a period of time. Going to the front desk with that spiral stair was diffucult and not safe. My flight was very early, I concerned about how could I take my lagguage down. Elevator was fixed in the morning did not experience the problem. My room was quite large and comfortable very high ceilings but a small closet with minimum hanging space.

not really far from downtown but you feel you’re somehow far away from the crowds and the city life.very green and quiet.

the staff could be more welcoming, smiling and friendly.

Great location, generous and clean room

Aging property that needs maintenance (mostly common areas and facade). Shower forces you to wash your hair. Breakfast was an exercise how to make a mediocre breakfast with good ingredients

The staff was kind and very helpful

I asked for a room decoration because it was my honeymoon but they totally ignored that and didn’t do anything. That was really not nice to experience

It is a wonderful, cozy and relaxing retreat between the new Istanbul airport and Istanbul

Hard to find when driving in a car. Hard to pass through Kemer

Rooms were superb. Apart from the light switches and power controls - like every single hotel room, it needs to be MUCH simpler. But the loft suite was excellent and spacious.

The golf course was only a 12-hole course. Not advised beforehand.Breakfast plate was a waste of food. Too much that didn't get eaten. Better to offer a buffet for choice.

staff was really great and welcoming

gym, golfcourse, swimming pool, spa, restaurant

location, style, exclusivity

room heater was always on , room too hot. we called receptionist twice to switch heater off with no success.

fresh air because of the forest.

shower and all bathroom water have so bad smell like fish cooking water, when I used the water red colour comes from it. water heating so poor no hot water. bed is not comfortable too small, carpet was dirty, can’t walk out side because of the dogs many many dogs they follow you!

Very nice contemporary designed and furnished hotel. Perfect restaurant is in the property, golf is not included but guests have preferences for booking tee time and discounts. nice terrace in the room, quietness and peace around

rooms are a bit too small

amenities and towels

cleaning very bad, I got some glass and had an injury in my feet

Amazing stay, we really enjoyed being in the middle of the nature yet not so far from the city. The rooms were amazing they had super high ceilings and direct access to the garden. The gym was really nice and the stables were great, we really really enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back again.

The restaurant was average in terms of food selection and decoration, I wish it was nicer.
