- Villa is located in the middle of the quiet village, has it's own restaurant, with a nice terase, serving excellent home cooked meals, fish, seafood, and barbecue.Private parking is next door. The staff is highly dedicated and the service is both home-like and professional. Many thanks for your hard work and ability to make us feel so comfortable!Room cleaning done after 2 days, new towels and sheets provided.Bed and pillows were on our taste, strangely we didn't have to use the available air conditioning in spite of the heat wave during our stay. .
- We recently stayed at Villa Adrian and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable. We initially booked a quadruple room, but after our teenager decided he wanted a separate room, the owner, Nikolay, went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though the property was quite busy. His flexibility and willingness to find a solution made our stay stress-free.Nikolay is an incredibly welcoming host who pays attention to every detail. He has created an exceptional menu at the restaurant, offering the most delicious Greek dishes in the region, alongside traditional Bulgarian meals prepared fresh daily. We tried everything on the menu during our 11-day stay, and there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. We were a family of two adults, two children, and a dog, and every one of us had an amazing time. The nights were peaceful and quiet, perfect for restful sleep. The beach is just a short 4-5 minute drive or a 20-minute walk down a beautiful path.We are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Nikolay, for your wonderful hospitality!
- All was Super. A big plus is that there is a restaurant inside a building. Food is delicious, particulary home made dishes, fresh mussels and fish.
Cons -
- Wi-Fi was not properly working in some moments, it might be something temporary.Plumbing a bit noisy when used, but with high pressure for both cold and hot water, which, by the way, were very cold and very hot respectively. If it seems strange to say this, well, it is not a very common thing in small places I have been to over the years. :)
- The facilities are dated and not very well maintained. The door at the bathroom cannot close at all, the drain in the bathroom is mostly blocked. Walls are full with the remains of smashed mosquitos and flies. Still in the room there were 5-6 mosquitos I had to hunt down. Location is in the Village of Shkorpilovtsi it is 2km from the nearest beach, and you will ideally need a ride to get there.
- The room when we arrived was very dirty and we traveled with our 3 y old. Dusty curtains, spider webs in all corners, shower was broken, the toilet too, lot of the sheets had yellow spots. Had to buy some tools and detergent and clean all on my own. Also the storage space in a triple room should be bigger. We considered the breakfast for 15 BGN per person overpriced. We do want these things changed as I do want to come back and see the improvements.

Villa Adrian was an awesome surprise for me and my familly and something really unusual for the Bulgarian sea resorts ! With very polite, welcoming and responsive personnel, delicious food and clean and quiet rooms with a touch in the interior it's simply the best you can find in the area. Thanks for your efforts to maintain the place in such a nice manner!
The staff is friendly, the food at the restaurant is tasty. Location is generally calm. Prices are fair.

Very friendly people, pleasant surroundings. Get some sartsa and beers at the local piyanitsa!
Super friendly staff and good restaurant with simple, but very tasty food. Would stay there again, however WC facilities in the rooms may need some renovations, everything else is good!
The most impressive of all is the attitude and friendliness of the owner Nikolay. This guy is amazing, really! Always smiling, always positive and always ready to help you or assist with whatever you might need. I should also mention the great restaurant with delicious food that didn't bored us for 12 days! The place has its own parking with enough space for all guests. The room was cleaned every 2 days and all sheets and towels changed.

I like the place - very comfortable and pleasant. The staff are very kind. The food is delicious. We will visit the Villa again.
I would advise to clean more often and to put away the dead insects from the walls.
Very friendly and responsive staff, especially the host Niki. Comfortable beds. Great food on a daily basis. Kids friendly, pets friendly.
Nothing bad really. Perhaps putting a couple of lamps against the mosquitoes on the restaurant balcony would help. No specific children facilities, but children are fascinated by the village life all around. :)
The host is an amazing, kind person and the restaurant is very good. It's a 5-minute car drive away from all the beaches nearby. It's quiet as there are only houses nearby. The room was as depicted in the photos, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay. They make an amazing breakfast in the restaurant and also the mussels were great. Prices are reasonable and the service is good.
There was a smell of mould in our particular room (in another one where our friends were, there wasn't), and it didn't go away no matter how much we left the doors open. There were a lot of spider webs and dead insects on the walls that weren't cleaned, but other than that, the room was a normal room as you would expect. The owner also took the feedback pretty well and will look into the mould smell, probably repainting the room, so it's not that much of an issue. You can also hear everything happening above you in our room, which was a bit too much in the morning
Quiet area, very relaxing. 5 min. away from the beach by car. Very attentive Staff, Nik is always available, to fulfill the Guests needs and requirements. Nice Restaurant upstairs with relaxing outside - and inside - tables. The Cook makes perfect Mousaka! ?Car park right beside the hotel.
Stay was too short, I didn't bring a book with me ?
Villa AdrianHighly recommended. The rooms are clean with fragrant towels and bedding. Delicious and varied breakfasts. In the menu, everyone will find something for themselves. The staff is professional, and the owner is very nice, friendly, helpful, and engaged, greeting everyone with a smile every day. The property is located in a quiet area with parking and shops nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Rooms ware cozy and clean, restaurant was delicious and with sensible prices, would recommend. Overall experience was excellent!
As usually all was OK. Clean and silent room, very kind hosts. In the pension there is a small restaurant with tasty, home-made dishes .
All was OK.
Wonderful clean rooms with personal bathroom and toilet. Tidy and spacious with a cool design. We liked the restaurant a lot as everything was delicious and presented in an interesting way. You could tell the chef and all the staff care. In the evenings when it was cold we were offered blankets in the restaurant since it is on a balcony. Very nice place that we recommend!
Downside of the whole experience were the thin walls between the rooms since we could hear almost everything(a guy cursing at a football game, tv, dog barks from all of the rooms around ours, even conversations). My suggestion is to get earplugs if you want to sleep.
The room was clean and very nice decorated. The motel has a restaurant on the premises with very good food. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Villa Adrian is a wonderful place to stay for your holiday/vacation. The house is spacious and beautiful, the rooms are clean and lovely. The family who runs the hotel is kind, friendly and professional. The breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous made with fresh products. We would highly recommend this place and will deifnetely be coming back.
