    Pros +

    • The location of the hotel was perfect for cycling and trail adventures. The hotel is a nice blend of a historic building with more modern alpine mountain touches in the rooms. The breakfast has a wide range of choices, and the breakfast team was helpful. The cycling room is secure and offers lockers to store items. The housekeeping team was efficient and thoughtful in their daily cleaning service.

    • Nice spa facilities, good bike storage room, great breakfast

    Cons -

    • The parking can be a little challenging. There are limited spaces directly in front of the hotel, and there is a garage, but when full, other vehicles may need to be moved before an exit is possible.
    • Location of my room Parking for my car
    • Rooms are clean, but singles are a little on the small side. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of

Traditional chalet style hotel well situated a short walk from the ski lift: comfortable, and welcoming

    10ManosPosted on: 3-11-2025

All was great. 5 minute walk from Bormio ski lift and old town center.

Small spa should be restricted to 2 people per hour. We were 6 people and it was too much…

According to Italian standards, the breakfast offered many options. It was more than enough. The staff at breakfast was so kind. The room was quite spacious and adequate. The beds were also very comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Excellent experience, Stelvio slope seen from window, excellent breakfasts, in plus hydrobath in the room nice to relax. Authentic decor.

Room was comfortable & very clean. Lift available for luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with and excellent choice to choose from. Coffee / tea bought to the table quickly. Hotel had a bar and restaurant both of which were excellent. We had an opportunity to taste some local wines which was fun and informative. Hotel is well appointed for the village of Bormio, bars, restaurants and shops. Bormio beautiful, very old with lovely cobbled streets. Well located for ventricular to slopes. Slopes 5 mins walk or free bus that stops regularly outside hotel.

    9OlgaPosted on: 2-22-2025

The property is very cozy, the staff is super friendly and the food is the best part! The restaurant is amazing, do stay for dinner! We had a great Fiorentina and starters. The slopes are 500-700 m away, you could walk to the ski lifts, even though we preferred to use the car

The kettle didn’t work in our room (it let water out while boiling), for the rest it was just great

    6GabriellePosted on: 2-16-2025

Well located, next to ski shuttle stop, good restaurants nearby.

Free parking in area is a challenge. Insulation between rooms an issue, have to hope you don’t have either a dog or noisy people next door or above you…

One of the best hotels I've ever been. Perfect location, personal, rooms, the cleanest place ever. Top!I have room upgrade, thank you! ?

The hotel location is central and close to the cableways. It's clean, the bedroom was brand new and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast I have seen in a long long time: variety and quality of ingredients. I personally have appreciated the selection of honeys and seeds for the fresh yogurts. The staff was always nice and polite.

We had to pay extra for the parking and for the spa. It wasn't a problem but it wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Wonderful hotel! The breakfast was amazing – a wide variety of choices, delicious food, excellent coffee, and impeccable service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Absolutely percfect location - the ski lifts and the centre is within a short walk. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and pleasantly exceeded expectations with attention to detail.

Unfortunally, we accidentally chose a room that was too small for a ski holiday, as we didn’t notice the size difference when booking (economy), last time we stayed in double room which was great.

Our experience at Hotel Baita Dei Pini was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cozy and impeccably clean. It was thoughtfully designed with a woods theme that allows you to fully relax on your vacation. The bed was large and plush that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to the shops and town centre. It was only a 5-10 minutes walk to the Bormio Ski. Perfect spot for a ski trip! One of the highlight was the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety offered was superb and everything was delicious. The buffet featured a delightful mix of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, and cereal. The juices, coffee were the perfect accompaniment to the feast. If we are coming back to Bormio for holiday, we would definitely go with Hotel Baita Dei Pini again! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Hotel is located in an excellent location, near the center. Its beautiful place , warm and cozy, beautifully decorated. We goat a family room , it was very spacy very clean and with two bathrooms. The place offer a wonderful breakfast with a super service from the staff that are extremely nice. We travelled by car and hotel offers its own parking that is related with the hotel with an internal elevator. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the food there is superb. It happened that my girls forgot personal items after we left the hotel and I'm impressed with the communication and the dedication of the staff to find them and to take care to post the item in the address given.

Couldn't find any think to dislike.
