The location and the food

No ski room

No heating in the rooms which felt cold and damp. Had to request extra duvets.

Very big room and very good breakfast, bike room

Located near a very busy street with road noise. Our room was marketed as superior room. The shower was extremely small and the room very hot as it was under the roof. We were only able to cool it with windows open which leaves one exposed to terrible road noise.We were lucky it was quite cold when we stayed there. Cannot imagine being in this room on a hot day. Sauna not included in hotel stay, 15 E extre per person per hour

Loved the location and the lounge area. Bleach used in the bathroom was overwhelming, could have done with some comforts such as a kettle and the bed was very firm. Didn't appreciate that we had to pay for the wellness centre purely because we booked through this app.

There was noting to say, just it would be nice if they add toothpaste to welcoming pack (indeed the hotel gave us a total dental pack, free of charge after asking)

Great location and very clean and friendly.

We had a room next to the lift and were woken by people late at night, presumably using the lift and not knowing they could be heard

There is a double standard between customers who have reserved their rooms through booking and those who have reserved them through the reception which is not pleasant. The price of the spa area is 5 euros, but if you have reserved the room through booking it is 15 euros!

I really liked the property it was cozy and clean with great view ! Staff was very friendly and helpful! They explained all the single details to me about the place , massage was excellent! Breakfast was tasty! And of course location is great !

The only small things I did not like as the property is 4 star rated hotel , it would be great to have more toiletries (like shampoo was not there , toothpaste I requested along with the brash ) same for the mini bar (only water was inside ) /

Lovely location. Good secure underground parking for the motorbikes. Nice lively bar and really friendly staff.

Real odd room naming - I had to do two trips because I didn't listen to the receptionist directions. My fault

Dinner was poorly, the waiter spilled some of my dish and didn’t offer to replace or any compensation.

The fridge in the room only works when your room key is plugged in, soo everything is warm when you come back in the evening. What’s the reasoning behind this?

There was a fridge, a big comfortable bed and a balcony. There was free parking available, breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon and small bits of sausages, which was nice.

There were no AC, the sewer in the shower was logged and even though the hotel staff promised to fix it, they did not fix it. Due to this, it was extremely uncomfortable to use the shower.

Beautiful room, very good breakfast and great location. Friendly staff and good parking facilities. Will come when we can

Either a leaking pipe or drain in the outer wall was dripping away making a constant dripping noise. Probably wouldn't bother most people but I'm a very light sleeper. WiFi was hit and miss.

This hotel was perfect for a short trip to Bormio. The staff were very helpful catering to our needs. They even supplied an early breakfast for their guests participating in the cycling event. Many thanks.
