Cosy, nicely decorated, extremely friendly and good service. Great breakfast and excellent spa. One of the best overall hotel experiences!
This is a Five Star hotel in a smaller package. Simply the best of Bormio. Super clean, excellent food, outstanding staff!
The breakfast was truly delicious and had a wide variety. The hotel location is excellent and within walking distance from the lift. I strongly recommend the spa after a day of skiing.
Nothing comes to mind.
Brings together all that is best in a family run hotel. The food is delicious, half board offers excellent value for money. The spa facilities are spacious and elegant and the treatments excellent.
The location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and cozy atmosphere make it an excellent choice
What to say, probably everything - kits laundry, bike room, bike fixing stations, amazing breakfasts, spa center, for real that was one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed.
There was no such thing.
Felt like at home! Everyone at the hotel was so lovely and everything was nice pleasant and practical. Food and coffee was amazing. I really liked the bike room and facilities for cyclists.
Great looking hotel in an Italian ski centre booked on one of the hottest days of summer.
Our most expensive hotel of the tour and apparently we were upgraded to a suite but this was one of our smallest rooms and being tall, the sloping ceiling was problematic.
I like the hospitality of the staff, and the feel of the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. For cycling, it is central to all famous climbs in the region, so no need to use the car while there. Breakfast meals were perfect, a great selection.
The room I stayed in was a little tight for 2 people.
Good restaurant, friendly staff. EV chargers point in the guest car park.
The room was a bit tight.
Extremely helpful staff and bike friendly. Locked bike storage included tools, workstations, pumps, etc. fantastic location and breakfast.
Excellent stay. Great location, the design of the hotel is very cozy. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help with anything that you need. We also enjoyed the SPA.
The breakfast could start a bit earlier (7:30), before the ski lifts open.
The room was in line with expectations. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great variety and lots of options. The hotel is nice, comfortable and beautifully decorated
breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great variety and lots of options. Room got a bit crowded during peak times but all in all a great experience. Dinner was good as well,
Parking lot is a bit narrow and tough to back out of parking space.
Friendly staff and nice arrival experience. During check-in we were offered a room upgrade - room was spacious and with great mountaneous view.Stay in SPA was very pleasant and relaxing.

The Spa was still closed (under rework till jan 2023) but we will use this as a good reason to come back later to see how it will look ?
Superb family run hotel. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with real attention to detail. Well located for easy access to both the town and the lifts. The restaurant is also excellent.
