The room had a great size and beds were comfortable. The water pressure very nice and the location perfect both if you want to ski or just chill in the city.
When we arrived we heard the spa/pool was closed and it was mentioned on Booking.com but never seen the communication on booking about this. It was basically the only reason why we opted for this hotel and not for others
Good hotel in a good location, easy access to the town centre and restaurants etc. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Staff could be a little more attentive when you are waiting at the reception rather than having a social chat on the phone

Please contact the property in advance in the event of late arrival. Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. The spa and indoor pool are closed in summer.
