Location, views and breakfast!

The location, the staff and the cleanliness were excellent.

Room so warm and cosy. Parking available nearby. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, not the largest variety but the quality of the food was exceptional with fantastic service.

Parking spaces must be booked on the day, we ended having to park our car away from the hotel.

Parking was ok, an available space just outside which then was charged 5€ pr night which was not clearly agreed

Nice place but check-in time is ridiculous

Insane check-in and check-out time. Earliest check-in at 5 pm and latest check-in at 10 am. My mother was feeling unwell and I asked for flexibility. I did not even receive a response.

The room was clean and comfortable for our needs. The breakfast is great, everything is fresh and tasty. The staff was very kind.

They charge extra for parking.

The location was great and hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was quite helpful, making reservations for us at the various wineries and restaurants. However the setup of the room seems more for single cyclists rather than couples. And the walls are very thin!

The beds (two twins pushed together) and thin walls.

Very nice and charming property, the room we got was wonderful! The breakfast was also good, the staff were nice and helpful. We needed to stay longer due to work and the staff was very accommodating.

What's not to like?

Great location in the town, close to restaurants. Great breakfast. Cosy room with great view of the mountains

Reception opening hours are somewhat limited in the morning, but staff handled our departure outside of reception opening hours very well

Great location close to the city center. Nice and kind staff. And very pleasant christmas atmosfere. The breakfast was also great, although I would appreciate some fresh vegetable which was missing. On the last day we needed to leave before breakfast but they allowed us to take breakfast with us. Don’t forget to book parking spot in garage, especially with children, it is very comfortable to take your ski boots from the garage straight to the ski room.

A very cute little hotel. Short walk to the old town center and nice view of the mountains. Convenient parking and easy to get to by car or even by foot from the slopes. Also the free bus stops right in front to take you to the slopes.

I cannot really complain about anything. Everything was up to expectation.
