Nice Room.Very good Breakfast.

Both pool and sauna was closed despite a booking confirmation that promised access!Pool was closed due to technical issues.At check-in we were told that the wellness/sauna would be available but when we later came back it was locked and we were told it was not available.WiFi was very weak in the room.

Everything was amazing Finally a 4 star hotel with great amenities The staff was exceptional and very professional and helpful, rooms are cozy modern and cute with beautiful terrace. The spa and the pool also really good In the evening they also have soft live music which is very romantic Highly recommended, it remains my favorite place in Bormio

The combination between location,spa,food,space,swimming pool and comfort to be taken by minibus to the skiing area.

The heating in the junior suite was not controllable. It was toooo hot. We had to open the balcony door. Awful beds, too hard.

Nice renovated rooms, very friendly staff (special greetings to barmen Bruno), good food, fast and available shuttle to elevator, 10min walking to old town.

No ventilation system in the room, no vegetables on breakfast

Excellent breakfast, nice spa and swimming pool. Very nice and helpful staff.

There was a lovely family feel at dinner with music, etc. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The shuttle to the lift was handy. The food was great.

The “wellness” component of the hotel was disappointing, especially after leaving a similar type of hotel in Austria which really felt like a wellness hotel.

The renovated rooms are really nice, spacious, clean and worm. The pool was nice too. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

The old rooms are not up to standard, with carpet and quite old bathrooms. It was a big group of people staying at the hotel and we went for dinner at the restaurant. Some of us went for the dinner menu but there was confusion when we were billed. It was probably just an oversight but it’s worth keeping an eye on it

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were mostly lovely. The pool is good (remember to ask reception for a swim cap if you don't have one). There is a decent gym (although no floor space, mats or swiss balls).The food was very good - mainly local dishes and there was a good selection of local wines. The bar keep was brilliant. And bonus - the WiFi worked well.

The hotel guide is very limited - nothing about the restaurant and the need to book each night (which we were unable to do as we were at a competition and had no idea when we would be finishing). It is only open from 7.30 pm until 10.00, if you are going to be any later than 9.00 make sure you have a reservation.The English was limited and unfortunately our daughter, who has a little Italian was ill (nothing to do with the venue) and communication was not easy.

The staff is absolutely outstandingly kind, from reception to bar to restaurant!

Nothing, of course Bormio is a bit pricey, especially in winter but always good value

Great breakfast, lovely pool and spa facilities, rooms clean ands modern. Lovely bathrooms.

hotel room was very warm with no air con. Presumably this is because it is mostly aimed at the winter season and very well insulated. Staff were friendly enough although the vibe was quite formal.

A very comfortable hotel, large and well appointed. The staff were excellent and the evening meals were superb and good value for money.

The only, very minor, criticism is that there was not a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Many other hotels seem to have these now and it is a feature that we appreciate.

Water pressure in shower was poor, but that was the general problem in the city

- Shower was flooding the whole bathroom- Shower ventilation dirty- Very small number of usable power outlets in the room

Friendly Staff, clean Hotel with good breakfast.With big underground garage and a bike storage room.

No air conditioning in the room. it was very hard to get some fresh air in the room as the windows couldnt be opened fully and as there was no air condition. We manged with the help of the hotel staf toipen the windows fully but only after 2 nights.A bit small room with a limited storage in the closets.

for cyclists it’s close to all the passes and also has a room to leave bicycles. very safe.good parkinggood breakfast

nice large rooms, super clean. good fast wifi. nice pool and tennis court to play and relax, just 5 min walk from center which for me was better then the center as i could just easily park the car there

The breakfast room staff could have been abit friendlier.. but lets just stop there. this is the reason i gave it a 9 instead of a 10.
