Pros +
- The room was huge, with plenty of space to relax, either on the porch (which had an amazing view of the mountain) or in the comfy chairs. Breakfast was lovely - fresh cut fruit every morning. They also had to go snacks that were perfect for hiking. They were so helpful throughout our stay, providing restaurant recommendations, recommending hikes, and even packing a to-go bag of snacks when we had an early start the following day.
- This was our first time in cortina and really made our stay that much better. Our room was great and even had a balcony we used for games and snacking. It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. This is a WONDERFUL property and so easy and convenient into the town. Not to mention - it’s beautiful. I cannot recommend it enough. Further - we left one of our bags in the room after checkout and staff was so helpful to us shipping it to the USA. 10/10 experience. Thank you villa alpina.
- The staff went above and beyond. We arrived late to Cortina and the staff had reached out via whatsapp and had someone stay late to let us in. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, updated, and had comfortable beds. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we hiked in the Dolomites for 4 days. The breakfast was great and the parking was easy.
Cons -
- Good overall. No complaints
- Nothing really. Parking a bit tight
- No real window covering on any windows so no sense of privacy in bathroom and way too bright in room. Bring your eye mask and ear plugs. Nickel and dime charges for extra breakfast items that are standard at other places. Overpriced for what you get IMO.

As advertised. Good location, friendly staff . Nice small breakfast daily . No fluff .
Good overall. No complaints
The room was great, convenient location. Parking typical for what you can expect in Italy but the staff, especially Andrea, were exceptional.

Nice remodel of an older hotel and good views and location. Some staff were nice.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful hotel. Comfy bed. We loved our stay.
Newly remodeled gem, warm and cozy with all modern conveniences, good quiet location very close to downtown, great breakfast, and very helpful and dedicated staff.
Our room was spacious and well equipped and had two balconies with views of the town and mountains. The shower was also excellent. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. In particular Andrea was fantastic and was like having our own personal tour guide.
Nothing!
We had a Junior room, spacious, very nice views, balcony, silent, perfect toiletries and their daily maintenance, rich breakfast with lot of fruits and cakes.
Lack of free omelette, lack of enough sugar in the room.
Excellent staff who were able to answer all questions we had for hikes and dining in the area. We felt the services offered were excellent. The location was great being only a five minute walk to the heart of town yet free parking on site.
Nothing!
our room was large and cozy with the most beautiful view of the mountains. Location was nice and quiet while still being close to the center. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our anniversary. Highly, highly recommend!!
No complaints!
Exception staff! So helpful with maps and extra information when we needed it. Lovely breakfast. Our back patio overlooked the parking lot BUT had a beautiful view of the mountain. Had normal morning/day time traffic noise but quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. 4 pillows on king size bed, one firmer and one flater/softer which was perfect. Excellent water pressure. Loved how it had dedicated parking. Close walk to everything. Would stay again.
Normal road noise, again, to be expected and was not bad at night. We were on the 2nd floor near the lobby and kitchen so some morning noise when they were preparing food, but we are early risers. Did not actually wake us up at all.
Clean, modern interior and amenities. Great breakfast. Kind staff.
Cleanliness, updated facilities, close to shopping and restaurants, excellent customer service and assistance with booking hikes, tour guides, etc.
A clean and comfortable hotel with great view of mountain from balcony of our bed room. Short walk to town centre. Andrea was helpful to provide advice on various sights to visit in Cortina. Breakfast was alright and there was a cabinet full of snacks at breakfast room. Private parking on site which makes it covenient
Beautifully designed and appointed rooms. Excellent location near downtown on the ski bus line.
Breakfast was 6/10. We would have preferred to have it served at 7:30.
Start breakfast earlier
We had a wonderful stay at the property. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great while we were in Cortina, but we made the best of it. Restaurants/shopping within walking distance, enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel.
we stayed in a Junior Suite which had a balcony and views of the mountains. The room itself was beautiful spacious.
