Fridge, lots of amenities and breakfast was awesome!

Awkward finding it - needs better signage - difficult to find on wired corner and one way.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. And it was a great location …room very clean!

That we couldn’t stay longer

Staff were good -breakfast was good.

The last night (September 28, 2025) we ate at the restaurant. While the food was good overall there was chaos in the restaurant. The meals were served at different times, despite asking, the wine and vinegar condiments were never delivered to our table, the many items on the wine list were not available.

The room was large, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great.

Parking seemed expensive

Clean, location was great, staff very friendly and helpful and great breakfast.

24/hr front desk, with friendly and helpful staff. 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, on site parking (for a fee). Kids playrooms.

The spa is a little small/ limited, there is no pool, mistakenly thought there was but should have read more about it.

the breakfast was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, beautiful spacious room and so clean! having the kid's playroom made the stay even better. we'd absolutely come back!

the only challenge was the tightness of the parking garage, but we made it work!

Good location , clean and had private parking

It was very hot the days we were there. It would have been nice if there was a fan to circulate the air. Overhead ceiling fans would be s nice addition to the room.

It’s nice to have garage so guests can park within the hotel.

The lanes of the garage do not seem optimal, it truly demands high level of driving skills.

Lack of clarity of parking options in the property and the noise level of groups around the halls. It is disclosed a variety of convenient parking options, and it turned out that private parking with a fee of €20 per day was the convenient option. Highly suggested to have quiet hours and policies in place. A large group of Asian tourists were super noisy in the morning.

Friendly staff. Decent sized hotel room. The private spa hire was really nice too. The car spot hire was very helpful. Highly recommend having breakfast included - it was delicious and the staff were kind

The lift into the rooms were very small and the showers in the room were tiny.

Mr.Jacopo & Ms. Ludivia at reception were most helpful. Especially Mr. Jacopo he extended beyond to assist us. Location is fabulous.

Restaurants are very limited in food choices for vegetarians so that's a downside. There were no toilet accompaniments for a 4 star that was unexpected. No shower cap or dental kit. Complimentary water for 2 persons was 1 bottle on arrival. Too much furniture in large rooms so it was cluttered.

Location, hotel restaurant, kind stuff

Hotel was comfortable for my family of five. Rooms/furniture needs updating. Staff is pleasant, but variably helpful. One of the staff wrote doen the number to call for restaurant reservations instead of calling for us. There was no help with luggage. Location for ski bus was ideal. At the bottom of town, so a little walking required (but pleasant). I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel.

We loved the spa experience, breakfast, the aging but clean rooms. Staff was great.

The room was big with enough lights. We like that slippers were provided and there were a lot of electric socket for charging our phone, tablet and camera. Staff was helpful. We like the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is around 10-15 mins walk to the city.

No kettle was provided, hot water is upon request from the bar downstair.Shower gel was finished and a soup bar wasn't given on the first night check in. The main key was taken by the bellboy and we were given the back up key for our first nightTurning on the heater wasn't that straightforward. The staff could turn it on when we were away from the room but it wasn't working when we turned the temperature above 30 degC.The room was on the second floor where connected with the public walkway. It was a little unprivate when the curtain couldn't shut completely. However, the staff gave us laundry clips to clip the curtain.Guests on the same floor were so loud on the corridor at around 10-11PM

Location is good very near city.

Hotel is quite old and bed is too soft.

Amazing breakfast in the morning. Very close to the city and ability to walk around town. Had a very nice hotel bar with terrific drinks. Finally spent a few hours in their spa which also was so relaxing after our hikes.
