Pros +
- Great location and friendly staff! Room was clean and perfect size. I didn’t know that balconies were an option, but they do have them. Breakfast was great, fresh and delish! Shout out to Alice for booking our supper reservations. Was a great little spot! I believe all the rooms are decorated differently as well. Great little wine bar across the road .. Villa Sandi! Friendly staff and great music. Thanks for having us!
- Spacious and clean rooms, design is modern and luxurious
- Location. Breakfast room and food. Staff very helpful.
Cons -
- There’s intense construction around the hotel. We asked to move to the quiet side and got a different room. But noise started at 7AM
- Ambra was very good but currently construction is underway close by. Minimal impact to us though.
- Parking requires a little effort.

Ambra was very good but currently construction is underway close by. Minimal impact to us though.
I absolutely loved their attention to detail. The welcoming at the time of registration, asking if we wanted water or juice. The two bottles of bellini in our room and the fruits. The customer service from all of the staff members was outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding which was important since we were hiking. We absolutely loved, loved, loved the accommodations and the property was very centrally located.
Good location and friendly staffs.
Parking requires a little effort.
It was very pleasant. Great location and very comfortable hotel. The staff were incredible helping us to solve an issue we had after we left. Truly a great service
Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well done, high quality finishes.
Some of the modern art was a bit quirky or odd.
Quaint and quirky cute hotel. Friendly staff and a bar in the hotel. Bedrooms were decorated beautifully and offered Nespresso and Tea in room. Breakfast was fine.
Nothing really.
Really cool boutique hotel with unique design and a super central location—right near shops and restaurants. The receptionist was amazing and gave us great tips for hikes and places to eat. They even upgraded us to a luxury room, which was a nice surprise!Only downside was some construction nearby because of the upcoming Winter 2026 Olympics, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
The views, cleanness, attentive /friendly staff
No a/c, no shower
Location in town
The WiFi never worked and the staff was rude about it.
The location is great. The staff is really friendly and polite. There is a Dyson dryer in the bathroom. That’s my favorite dryer! The breakfast is very good!
Parking was convenient, breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great and I didn’t hear any city or construction noise. The fan in the room was great!
If you go on an early morning walk before staff arrive, the front door may be locked and the room key won’t work.
Lovely hotel - great rooms in a central location! It has parking too! Breakfasts were amazing! Staff were super helpful!
Nothing!
The location of the property was great. There is a lot of construction going on for the Olympics so this impacted our stay to some degree. Roads were blocked off for construction purposes and large cranes were everywhere. I acknowledge this is beyond the control of the hotel. The breakfast was very good.
The room was very small with barely enough room to walk around the bed and no room to keep luggage out of the way. The counter space in the bathroom was minimal which made it hard to get ready.
The hotel has a prime location, steps from the pedestrian area, with parking to boot. The multilingual staff is professional and hard working.
Our room was small (set up for an individual traveler, rather than a couple). There were limited amenities (no coffee/tea making in room) and both the room and breakfast were expensive. The breakfast room is compact, meaning guests need to take turns. (It was packed when we first arrived and we had to go on a walk until it cleared out.) The overworked staff are to be commended for keeping their composure. Visitors should be aware that there is construction surrounding the hotel in anticipation of the 2026 Winter Olympics. It's quiet at night but ongoing during the day.
Beautiful hotel, center location.Great room, very clean, wonderful shower.Staff was exceptionally helpful, and friendly.Great breakfast.
Great location just off the main street. Quiet at night. Comfortable. Wonderful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Fantastic service. We’ll be going back.
Nothing. Perfect for what we wanted.
Location was perfect, super helpful stafff, room was great and loved having the ski room.
The breakfast staff could use more support when there is a large group coming in at the same time.
Beautiful property down to every detail.
All rooms were a little on small side. Hotel room. Ski room. Bar. Etc. of course that also gives the hotel a nice quaint feel but tough with lots of luggage and ski gear.
