Pros +
- Nice location, a 15 min walk to Corso d'Italia, the pedestrian area in Cortina. Good breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner but a little pricey. Room is small, but clean and very functional - with enough storage for ski gear. There is an underground garage and a ski room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a ski shuttle (7 seats) that runs on a schedule, however they accommodated us when we wanted to go outside that schedule. I should specify that we visited in the middle of January, a low ski season, so there weren't too many skiers in the hotel.
- Loved the shower, very nice and big. Also loved the breakfast options.

Cons -
- The shower is not completely enclosed, so a lot of water splashes on the bathroom floor. But it seems this is the prefer style in Europe.
- Room was one of the loudest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We were next to the restaurant and the family next to us were so loud at night. We wanted to go to bed early and wake up early to hike, but struggled to sleep. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the wifi did not work half of the time, I think our room was too far from the router. Nice room, just needs updated bed, wifi router, and some noise cancelation.
- Room was a little small and pretty expensive

Room was a little small and pretty expensive
Nice traditional Italian lodging and a good restaurant.
Noisy room. We could hear conversations and toilet flushings from the room next to us until 12:30am.
Location fabulous
Rooms smell of dog and cigarette smoke and are very very dated.
- the location and views from balcony are great,- the young woman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous
Lovely rustic hotel with beautifully decorated/furnished dining areas - some really beautiful artwork also. The stand out was the staff - so kind and helpful. It was my birthday on one of the days and one beautiful staff member (I think Elisa?) brought out cake for me at breakfast! Breakfast was outstanding. A 10 minute stroll into the heart of Cortina. There was a courtesy bus but we didn't use it.
I feel that the room was not quite up to a 4 star standard/for us the stay was expensive and we were expecting a larger and more well appointed room. But maybe that's just Cortina prices? On check in we were advised we had an upgrade, but I'm not sure what the upgrade was on what I had already booked. The rooms nevertheless was comfortable (but small - nowhere to put suitcases) with a lovely balcony.
The room was large with a comfortable bed and a lot of storage. I was on the ground floor which included a small patio. As we were location just outside of town on a hill we had a nice view. It was a quiet location with a short 15min walk to town center. The breakfast was excellent. I had dinner twice in the onsite restaurant and the food was quite good. The parking was free. The was an underground garage which I did not use as I visited in the summer. The garage has storage for your winter gear, I did not check this out. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
There were no independent temperature controls in the room. I was uncomfortable leaving the french doors to the patio open to the outside while sleeping as their was no screen to block and insects, animals or people from entering.
The breakfast was very good, with a large selection. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. They were willing to help with very good disposition. The location was convenient, about 15-20 minutes walk to Cortina. You need a car or hire transportation to go to all the main attractions in Cortina, but that's the same case with any hotel there.
The decor was quite outdated. The rooms and the bathrooms need some upgrade. It's not bad, but it could be much nicer. Our room was standard and didn't have a nice view. We found it expensive for what we paid. Our friends stayed in a room with a better view but much more expensive
Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean.
It is too far from the city core, and when you drive down, there is no parking - always full. Cortina is too full. The bathroom needs a serious renovation. The bathtub serves as a shower, too, which is inconveniently placed. It is high, very slippery, and has nothing to hold onto. Not for someone with mobility and balance difficulties
The price at this hotel is a bit expensive for the service and room it provided. Facilities are a bit old, although very clean. The view is spectacular. Solid breakfast.
Staff, breakfast, balcony, overall very good
Shower leaked
Stayed here for Lavaredo 2025 -- wonderful hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast
Room was a little cramped and not the brightest, but I was there for the race so it didn't matter
Antonio, at the restaurant was the best! He has the greatest attitude, we loved him! The restaurant was also amazing! with great views, and delicious food. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a great view from the balconi.
Nice location with great views! The reception staff was helpful and friendly!
The room was not very clean and the furniture needs upgrading. Sundries need to be stocked better. The breakfast was marginal and the staff was shouting in the kitchen and service was very poor. The dinner was very expensive and not clear on price until the bill was presented. At that point there was no gracious gesture towards guests.
Restaurant staff was amazing. Nice breakfast. Easy walk into town using the cycling path.
Room could use a refresh.
We loved the staff and location away from the city center a bit with a nice Mountain View. The room and facilities were clean.
Honestly the price for the overall room seemed overpriced. The hotel seemed very out of date and hadn’t had many updates over time.
Nice location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Good storage for bicycles.
Tiny bathroom, toilet flush broke, door lock was getting stuck.
Great staff, location and view, and overall value
Location was amazing &clean and friendly staff
