    Pros +

    • Staff was very friendly, beautiful location, great daily room cleaning by house keeping.
    • Fantastic location, super tasty food, great staff…everything
    • Very friendly staff, great location and very good food!

    Cons -

    • There’s very loud construction going on directly outside the hotel. The field that is pictured in the listing with chairs and such is currently under construction and not available for use either which is a bit disappointing. There also isn’t any “spa” like listed and you have to pay an additional fee to access the sauna
    • Minor suggestion is to improve gaming room.
    • The rooms my brother and I stayed in had exposed beams with very low clearance. Needless to say, bumping our heads wasn't uncommon.

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff members are great. Alice was the best. Very accommodating and great with things to do. We would stay there again. Perfect location for being close to hiking trails.Thank you, Sylvia & Daryl

Liked the way coffee was made individually to order. Nice breakfast buffet. View from our room.

The half glass in the shower was not sufficient to keep water in the tub and off floor. There should be a bar to assist in stepping out of tub and onto floor. There was a random chair that partially blocked access to the bathroom.

    Good location and comfortable

Got tired after eating same items in breakfast for 3 days

We stayed at Barisetti Sport Hotel in October and had a wonderful experience. The whole place has a charming Alpine atmosphere that makes you feel cozy and relaxed from the moment you arrive. Our suite with a balcony was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the town center, yet peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and freshly prepared. Although the selection wasn’t very large, it was more than enough for us, and everything we tried was excellent. We also had dinner there once, and it was just as good — tasty, beautifully presented, reasonably priced, and served in a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.Overall, we had a great week at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cortina d’Ampezzo.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I got the best hiking recommendations in the area! The hotel restaurant is by far the best in town this season — it’s a chef’s restaurant with a different, amazing menu every day.The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel is very central, and you can easily walk to the city center.

Don't have much to say, but I would expect to have a free parking while staying in the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with a large balcony, free parking nearby the hotel, 2 minutes walk to a bus station, 10 minutes walk to the center of Cortina.

    Nothing to notice

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Nice location. Short walk to town center.

The Barisetti Sport Hotel was the perfect spot in Cortina! We loved our room (#4) - it was clean, comfortable, had a huge balcony with a great view, and the location was easily walkable into town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and parking is available for a fee, but there is plenty of free parking available close by. We never needed to pay for a spot. We were originally booked in a more expensive hotel farther out of town and are so glad we changed our reservation. Highly recommend a stay here.

    Absolutely no complaints.

Hands down the best hotel in Cortina d' Ampezzo! Wonderful location and an exceptional value!!! The inclusion of breakfast and dinner in our room rate lent a welcome structure to very busy days for people hiking, biking, and climbing in the surrounding national parks. Room was spacious, sparkling clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the Dolomites.

Parking is tight...but it's that way everywhere! Get a small rental car, or pay the price on winding roads filled with hikers, bikers, motorcyclists and the occasional tour bus. Parking for small vehicles is much easier.

Really nice hotel in a good location in Cortina. The breakfast was great as well as dinner, and Alice was always super helpful and great to talk to! We had a nice time and would stay here again if in Cortina.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barisetti! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do—and the amenities were top-notch. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Alice at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Alice went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems were spot on and made a huge difference in our trip. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making our stay the best it could be.Our group has traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in countless hotels, and we all agreed that Alice is hands-down the best hotel staff member we’ve ever encountered. She’s a true asset to the Barisetti team, and we can’t thank her enough.Highly recommend this hotel—and be sure to say hi to Alice when you check in!

Staff, location, breakfast, nearby free parking.

    Pillows were too hard.

We had an amazing experience at Barisetti!! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and so helpful. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Location was great to walk into town and steps away from the gondola. Breakfast was delicious and service was great.

We had a great stay at Barisetti Sport Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and we loved the large balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was good but the food was the same both mornings. Parking does cost extra but it is very close and convenient.

There is construction close to the hotel and all around Cortina in the summer- so keep the noise impact and traffic in mind when staying in Cortina.

We had a wonderful stay at Barisetti Sport Hotel. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a group visit. We especially appreciated having the kitchenette to cook our own meals, which made our stay feel even more convenient and home-like. The location was excellent—not only close to shops and amenities, but also very convenient for our hikes in the Dolomites. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and offer guidance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flexible, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in the area.

If there is one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could offer a bit more variety.

Great location for the ski lift, easy walk to town and good amenities.

Bit strict at breakfast on where to sit despite it not being busy or full.
