clean, nice restaurant, comfortable, recent.

The staff doesn't understand that American tourists simply need to show a COVID test that is less than 48 hours old to stay at the hotel. They think that you must have the vaccine card with booster to stay there as an American tourist, which is not true.

I think it is probably the best option in Brescia. There is a free open car parking. Room was very good. Big and clean. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very welcoming. WiFi is good.

Breakfast was good, room was spotless, extremely comfortable.

Location is walkable to railway station but parts of it are missing footpaths.

City center is on walking distance from the hotel. A lot of free parking space near the hotel, location is easy to reach. Breakfast was ok.

Walls were made of paper because I could hear my neighbour snoring during the night. Room felt very dated with a small bathroom with small bath and shower combination. Bed was worn, I could feel the springs in the mattress poking in my back. Wifi was slow and unreliable.

The location was perfect for both having somewhere easy to park and also being close enough to easily access all the sights in the old town. It was just what we needed to get the most of our visit.

Staff , location and the place

I paid the room trough booking and the girl from front desk ask me to pay the room again, and I had to pay the room twice. I ask you how you can return my money back.

The girl from the front desk. She charge the room twice and charged the breakfast too and they had a kitchen fire that morning and breakfast was a desaster.

The facilities and the room were decent.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found hair in the bathtub which was still there even after the cleaning day. When the floor was cleaned, the dust was simply moved around rather than properly removed. Another unpleasant aspect was that my personal belongings were moved from place to place, sometimes mixed with my roommate’s things. The “highlight” of this experience was finding my street sandals placed on my clothes. Additionally, as shown in one of the attached pictures, the trash bin in front of the hotel remained full for about 24 hours.Also, the walls are very thin or not soundproofed at all, so you can hear every single breath from neighboring rooms.

Perfect stop over. Clean, comfortable, with a parking and close to highway.

It was clean and easy to find. The staff were kind.

It was not what we got from the info pre reservation. The bed is a bouncy king size, and the room clearly only geared for one person. One complimentary bottle of water for two. One tea bag per type. The bathroom is not private. And breakfast was just blah. And this was the last hotel of a series so maybe they had competition. But honestly I was gutted to have chosen this hotel, and disappointed with the quality of the offer.

Nice buffet. Close to the place I had to visit for my work. Walking distance from city centre.

Lovely modern, clean rooms of a good size. Nice products to use. Reasonable gym facilities for a quick workout. Free parking was appreciated. We spent a lot of time exploring around Lake Garda which is only a short drive away.

The only reason we wouldn’t stay here again is that we would like to be more central to restaurants, bars etc. there isn’t much around the hotel and whilst there is public transportation, it isn’t much quicker than walking and sometimes slower.
