Hotel Ambasciatori

The price. We stayed only for one night with two adults and two kids

The shower was a bit out of date. May need some redesign. The bed covers also need renewal.

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of variety. We found the dinner menu underwhelming and overpriced for what you got. Our waiter was excellent also. Thank you

We felt that it wasn’t close to walk to other restaurants. All the food we’ve had in Italy has been delicious but our swordfish was overdone, the mixed veges like something from a freezer pack, plain steamed, pizza very poor quality, overdone and dried out and most portions were small. The chicken salad was tasty.

The stuff were very nice and helpful. Good parking.

- odd smell in the elevator (like vinegar)- limited breakfast options - aircon way an antiquity- everything was once ok but now looks just outdated.

Room is too small

Breakfast, Bar, and the Staff were friendly and outstanding! I like the fact they will still hand make cappuccino for breakfast. I loved the staff and management. The free outside parking and parking garage were very nice and easily accessible.

Since I was traveling for business an accessible desk in the room would have been good. The shower entry was different. This was still an excellent hotel and I would stay there again!

It easy to find, clean, the breakfast is nice , and the hotel looks like it was once a very good hotel but now it seems to be a bit oldfashioned , especially the rooms

The breakfast is amazing, and they have plenty of parking's place.

The room is quite small, and even though they have AC, we were not allowed to turn it on because it was spring, and it is only possible to use it in the summer.

Location, staff, breakfast and room were fantastic.

The mattress was not good. It had a dip in the middle and sleeping in was terrible.

Having to sleep on a sofa bed. For a 4-star hotel I would have expected at least a proper bed.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Especially Gratia, she gave us a map and showed us how to explore and make the best of our stay.

Staff were very helpful, location was 5 minutes from centre when using the Metro... hotel to Metro was 2 minutes walk

Solid- older - but quality of staff wonderful, hospitality fabulous- room big and comfortable, breakfast was delicious/ mattress was comfortable and new- and the location excellent and quiet with parking.

Breakfast was decent and the staff in nice.

Street noise and loud neighbours- the walls are too thin to rest, if there is a party/ loud guests in the neighbouring rooms. The front desk was not able to help. Location is not central. Hotel is old school chic.

Just one night stay in Brescia. The hotel was a bit far from the old town and quite old fashioned as well. But considering the price still price-worthy. The room for 4 people was just too small and the beds were not exceptionally comfy. But it was clean and the breakfast quite ok too.

The room we booked didn’t look as the one we got. It was not comfortable for 4 persons…very little space. The hotel needs renovation.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. It was also convenient for the city. The parking was excellent and met our needs. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our meal.We would certainly stay again.

It would have been nice to have to have a few more extra in the room, for example slippers.
