Friendly staff and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There was free parking on site, which is always so helpful!

The location and the cheff is very nice.

Some worker do not speak english just Italiano.And the sink was leaking

The ventilation sometimes brought smells from the kitchen but everything was so clean.

The staff were very kind and helpful, check-in and check-out were seamless. Room was spacious and bed was really big.

The location is not fantastic. The hotel is near the metro, which is really easy to use to get to the centre, but around the hotel there's nothing. The hotel is also on a street corner, and you absolutely can hear the cars.

A very polite and helpful gentleman served for breakfast. Our respect to him.

The room requires full renovation. Spots on the walls, broken furniture, wrenched out lock, cracked chairs cover, AC controls with unrecognisable interface that doesn’t give you any understanding if it works or not.

I've stayed at this hotel before - it's always good value for money. The property is getting a bit old but it is generally well maintained, clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful. Handy to the metro for getting around. All round a happy experience and will be happy to stay again next time.

I suspect the only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the fact we had the rooftop pool to ourselves. The receptionist was quite helpful directing me to a safe place to park my motorcycle.

Breakfast was a carbohydriates nightmare. cakes, cakes, bread and more cakes. Expected a small selection of different cheeses, cold meats and some eggs. The restaurant which served both local and Indian food thought would be a bit different. I was yet again disappointed. I ordered a small plain naan, basmati rice and extra portion of fresh coriander to go with my Lamb Madras. The naan bread(s) came out within minutes and there was a basketful of mixed naan bread, plain and garlic (which I didnt order). I expected the dish to arrive but I had to wait 15 minutes for that. When my dish was served which by now was changed to a Rogan Josh, I asked where is the fresh coriander? Oh, he said. "We ran out a few days ago and now its out of season". WHAT. An Indian restaurant without fresh coriander. The waiter could see I wasnt pleased and he speed off to the kitchen and returned with a small bowl of chopped dried coriander. By then I was only to pleased to hurridily eat the rice and the curry and leave the restaurant.

The only thing we didn't like were the ants in the room? Everything else was great

Good price, beautiful pool, very clean, free parking.

The airco is not powerful enough, the fridge was not maintained and . The bread in on the breakfast was over baked and staff didn’t noticed it.

Shower non-functional upon arriving, we had to wait one hour for another room to be made available. Rooms were showing signs of age (cracks, stains). Shower door almost falling off in new room. Smell of cigarette throughout the floor. Windows let in a lot of noise.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward for the next visit.

The friendliness of the gentleman serving breakfast is the highlight of our stay, very kind with clumsy children and making us feel welcome!

Absolutely old and very dirty hotel. Bathroom simply in disgusting conditions. Room with passable issues, common areas just ok. Tried to point out the issue of the bathroom at reception but they offer to fix it for the next time - which obviously will never ever happen.

Clean rooms, nice and green places around. Great indian restraunt in the hotel!

WiFi didn't work for like 18 hours. Some repairment is required for furniture.

One good thing that i was like it ,was location with nice mountain view. And really nice stuff, when we call to reception about issue with fridge, they was helpful and polite.

First room wasn't clean properly I saw spider web and generally plenty dust, and Im allergic person. Bad arrangement , not enough space for clothes, no mirror in bedroom, just in toilet. Second they didn't have any free samples like showe gel, shampoo, condition, everything was in 3 in 1. And for the last buffet breakfast (the worser i ever had) Just scrambled egg, boil egg ,becon plus bread, and one plater with some ham , salsmi and cheese. Nothing traditional. No fresh vegetable. Scrambled egg like piss of moulds, no tast at all. They have more option for sweets some croissant , jams etc. Generally i left hungry.

The room was big. Lots of space for all. We just stayed one night between our road trip. The pool looked lovely but did not get to use. The restaurant attached was good. Ordered an Indian dish and it was very good.

Great location, only 3 stops from Vittoria by the Metro station!

Could have been slightly better amenities e.g., slippers or a bath robe.

Room was good size and hotel had all the amentities needed for good stay. Enjoyed the stay. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that provided convenience instead of searching in a different location. Train and bus station ws very close.

Washer was not working fos some time when I arrived. There was only one washer for a hotel that housed numerous people. There should be more than 1 washer for hotel guest.
