Room was dirty, bathroom was disasterCity is not to safe at all

It was near to station

Bathroom was not in good condition . There was not any parking i paid extra for private parking

Unfortunately, nothing stood out in a positive way during my stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room smelled strongly of smoke. I reported it to the receptionist, but he didn’t take any action at first. It was already around 10:30 PM, and I had no alternative place to go. Only after I called the police did he contact the hotel owner, and they finally started to help. Initially, they offered to move me to a different hotel outside the city, but after about 30 minutes of phone calls, they found me another room in the same hotel that at least did not smell of smoke.

Everything I liked , especially the location. Breakfast was good enough. Services were great !

The only thing I didn't like was that at the reception when I checked out , I was charged additionally for city tax and I thought it was included within the reservation payment. It's only 10 euros but still ...the act.

Some people mentioned the old furniture—I didn’t experience any problems with that, everything was working properly; the A/C unit was new. Personnel was very friendly and responsive

Perfect location, 1min from the train station. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was simple but good.

The hotel could use some renovations but everything worked. I don't know about the air conditioning in the room since there was no remote, but for me there was no need.

AC in the room was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast was comprehensive enough!

Well location was very close to the Train station and b.fast was good but we didn't like the room so much as it was painted in black and so much noise from outside but it was clean.

Staff was polite and available for any necessity. The position of Hotel "Cristallo" was super confortable, next to the Train Station of Brescia City so very simple to reach in any directions you come from. The communication was clear and understandable.

The services, Cleaning, Comfort, Quality/Price rate and accomodations are the bad news but they can improve.

Hotel wasn't clean. Staff is smoking in the reception. Breakfast- yogurt was out off date..breakfast should me included to hotel price but they just charge us more...crazy... really bad...for this price definitely can find good hotel !!!Staff was rude..didn't explain..that's was first time in my live bad hotel experience..not recommend!!!!

Needs lift in hotel.. even better breakfast..

Bathroom size is small even no english or hindi news channels.
