- The only trash receptacle was in bathroom. Also we weren’t told we couldn’t drink the water until we asked a day later.

I loved the fact that it used to be a former ecclesiastical building - beautiful location and grounds
Good room size. However, I think I got my expectations high reading the description of the room by the facility and people's reviews and pictures. It did not end up being as "glamorous".. It's very clearly a building that was once a place for religious purposes, hospice, school, orphanage type of place..Anyway, for one night it did the job.
It was actually noisy (At night I could hear the people next room/hall talking, also people outside on the street and in the morning the bells). It's a little outdated in terms of structure, the type of bathroom tiles and shower, toilet etc.. And the room was extremely warm to sleep without a way to control the temperature. No kettle, no minimum possibility of a little tea/coffee in the room.
Everything was amazing, the location is really good, parking lot on the spot with space. The bedroom was big and comfortable, the views were gorgeous. The breakfast was the best, so many options and all super well made and tasty. The staff was super polite and attentive. The internal garden is really nice for a walk, and the whole place has a peaceful and relaxing vibe.
Nothing, all was great.
Very good location, nice building and clean room
Breakfast is only cold, no fresh cookeded egg or anything hot
Great location, cozy room, good breakfast
The self bar area and the internal architecture
Sometimes you can hear noise coming from the street but overall it’s very calm
Historic building, nice staff great value for money

The pillow and blankets were very bad, and the reception staff were really rude.
Centrally located.Staffs were very kind and helpful.Glad that staffs were very fluent in English.
Nothing to complain
Central position and with easy access to Brescia’s historic points. Very clean and comfortable room.
Perfect hotel for couples and signals as well.Very quite clean and greenish.
Very close to the historic centre and with convenient and private parking for those arriving by car. First-class service at the hotel reception. Splendid breakfast area. Attention to detail by the staff. Everything you could possibly need was there. Lovely chapel in peaceful gardens.
When we had the check in, they were testing the emergency system and the alarms were going off for a long time. The noise was deafening.
Great staff, beautiful location and building. Close to the center and main attractions and restaurants. The stuff overall was very nice and welcoming.
The rooms do not reflect the exclusivity of the building. Beautiful bulding but rooms, very clean, are hostel level in terms of design and comfort.
We enjoyed staying here at the hotel, very interesting history and a neat experience. Great location in the centro storico and excellent secure parking if driving here. Very walkable area of town and easy to get around from the hotel. The room was overall nice, would stay here again.
It was a little stinky in the room when we first entered. After airing it out, and making sure the bathroom door was closed, we didn't have any more issues. We did feel like we could hear our neighbor through the wall, but not an issue when trying to sleep.
This is our second stay in this hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of the historical town centre and 25 minute walk to train stationBars and restaurants within close proximity.
Nothing to dislike, we will be back

The building was old but beautiful.
A lot of amenities were missing. There was no shampoo, no refrigerator, no coffee machine, no facial tissues, no lotion, no complimentary water.
