On Booking.com, it seems to state that only the spa requires an extra charge, but in reality both the spa and any use of the pool require an extra charge. And you have to pay a higher price to use the pool if you have children.

Great central place to stay and also forftee vehicle parking. Exceptional accommodation and friendly helpful staff.

It was clean, and pretty and decent location. Would have been a nice stay if not for the things mentioned below.

My stay at hotel master was aweful. The staff did their best & for the most part, I felt that they were very kind & helpful. On first appearances, its a lovely, nice hotel. But the aircon in my room didnt work and it took time for them to listen to me (saying that italian regulations demand it to be a certain temp, which is bullshit). They finally acknowledged there was a bug in the system and it was fixed but only for an hour or so. The doors are not weighted so they slam shut & with people coming & going all night and morning it was impossible to sleep because I was constantly being woken by slams and everything in my room shaking each time. When I checked out, I asked to speak with a manager (which is not on the premisis). They said they'd summon her and instead of just telling me she wasn't there (due to managing 5 other hotels), I stood there waiting, thinking she was on the property. They finally told me it would be 30 min or so, but when I came back 30 min later, she still hadnt arrived on the property, I finally had to just speak with her on the phone. I told her that because I was sweating my ass of for 2 nights straight & overheated the entire time, unable to sleep due to constant slamming of doors, I wanted a refund for my stay. She gave me her word she would (Even though a professional hotel of this nature should have just done it right then & there). Instead of refunding me, she sent me a 50% off voucher for my next VISIT!!! Are you kidding me?! The italians do NOT seem to understand the concept of true customer service and accountability. The hotel was under construction, which didnt bother me initially because it was in the lobby and restaurant area. Perhaps this is why the air system didnt work? But if they cant guarantee a quality stay due to construction, they should not offer lodging in such circumstances.

The staff member at the front desk was able to offered us a 'Superior with Spa Bath' that was much nicer, bigger and more comfortable than the 'Superior Double' that we originally booked. (Thank you Ewa). This made our stay a lot better. We liked the added Jacuzzi. Free Parking is great.

The AC didn't work well in the Superior Double room we first checked into (we were offered an upgrade). The hotel common areas were also exceptionally hot. The 'Superior Double Room' is pretty basic and feels dated. (The one with the Spa bath feels nicer). We did not try the Hotel SPA, but the "Swimming Pool" is tiny. The Hotel is a bit too far to walk to the city center.

Husband at desk did not speak English. However, the wife did at check in and never saw her after that.

Toilet smells so bad. The breakfast it is no soo much good. The fruits are so bad. The coffee it was so bad.

The hotel is a short walk to the city center. The breakfast is good and offers a wide variety of food. The thing we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the staff. Anna was such a big help to us. We would have never made it to our next destination without her help. She was always kind and professional. Natalia was also very kind.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The hotel location is a ~20 min walk to the Old Town centre, but comes with secure free parking so we didn't have to worry about the car.Room was clean, and the staff very friendly.

The hotel Is in the center and easy to find . There's a supermarket open until 21.00 . The breakfast was good and the staff really nice and ready to help. there's a free parking in the hotel and the rooms are really big. In the room there was a kettle for boiling water and coffee and tea and biscuits as welcoming treat.

Our room had a problem with the bidet that was blocked, but as soon as I said it to the reception they were fast to find a solution and call someone to fix it. The double bed had two mattresses so there was a gap in the middle. But other than that it was good.

The staff was very kind

For the price I paid for the accomodation, the quality of the so called suite wellness was far from being a suite.As the photos attached in the review, the quality of the room was terrible for a suite. The limestone in the bath tub’s tap or in the shower, the dust in the nightstand, yellow toilet brush, ruined sinks, curtains and wall and would in the bathroom.I asked for a partial refund since the suite was a suite just for the jacuzzi and the sauna, but they just provided a sorry voucher of 40% claiming that above the dust and limestone the other points were not a discomfort for the accomadation.It would have not been a discomfort if the price paid for a suite was adjusted for the room quality.A very disappointing journey.

No Information about car park. we booked this hotel because of paid car parking. but it was charged the first night as they said our parking is full and this parking is paid and both parkings are in the same premises. Just write Paid parking if you can't include the parking. totally misguided and rude manager when i tried to explain her the situation. They just didn't want me to say, paying 490 Euro this is what we expect to be treated so called 4 star hotel. can't write more there is still lot to say,, just becareful when you book this hotel all misguided and rudeness

Avaliability of private bubble buthtub and sauna inside the room. Possibility to have a private Spa Time.

The location! Although it is in the city centre yet quiet at night for good sleep
