Breakfast was rich and offered many choices, all of great quality. The staff was ready to answer my requests and happy to help. The room was quiet, warm and clean,, maybe slightly small, but travelling alone, was good. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Nothing I did not like, everything was above my expectations.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, addressing our issue promptly and efficiently. The hotel maintains a pleasantly quiet environment, ideal for relaxation. Its location is convenient and well-situated for exploring the area. The breakfast offering was of good quality with adequate variety. Throughout the property, there are numerous comfortable seating areas designed for guests to unwind and relax.

Protected safe parking with closed door - extremly good in Italy!!!! Very good restaurant - secret tip, almost alwqays full :-)

The room was very clear and comfortable,but with a shabby chic vibe.Really amazing

The property was an old resort was which was beautiful but would really need a renovation to upgrade the rooms which smelled of an old summer house.

The bathroom had a shower that did not work properly, it was clean but felt old.

Location is great (calm and quiet area), beautiful architecture and nature. Breakfast is good for Italian standard but might be considered more limited for those who are used to huge breakfast buffet.

- Once you already have booked you will receive a message that the pool you saw on the pictures is not a part of the hotel but has to be paid separately. How much you have to pay is not clear as the information you receive by mail, the information the multiple receptionists give you and the information you receive directly at the pool are all different. Latest we understood is that it is 20 € per person per day (from 10 - 19 o`clock ), meaning if you are a family of 5 who wants to use the pool every day you have to add 100 € per night to the price you booked the hotel. We paid for the pool at check out, however friends of ours were staying there at the same time and used the pool more than us and they did not have to pay (in fact they were told it is free if you are a guest of the hotel). All in all this confusion around if the pool costs and if so how much was a big minus and we never received any clarity from the hotel personnel we were asking. The staff at the pool on the other hand is great, welcoming, service minded and just giving positive vibes. - If you want to go for a walk you have to call them to get back in as the door only recognizes cars, not people.

The location of the venue. It was quite, peaceful. The rooms was spacious, clean and easy to access. Breakfast had a variety of foods which we both enjoyed.

The flooring by the pool was dangerous as my partner trippedd and fell down, thankfully not badly injured, however the floor needs to be repaired to avoid accidents like this occurring in the future.

The price was different than what I booked for. They price my children as an adults? My son is 8 and my daughter is 6.

- the hours of the swimming pool are limited (till 19h which is ridiculous in July)- though the resort has a fine dining restaurant, we could not get a place there since it was fully booked

stop! Not good Manager ! breakfast Bad! they had a big Wedding Party with loud Music!! the Manager is very Bad! don’t Book this Hotel! the Hotel need a Renovation!

nice building. nice terrace. room was nice, bed comfortable. staff were nice.

every night was an event on the terrace restaurant so was unable to use the restaurant terrace, speeches, clapping music right next to my room and door. sunday night event included a disco with music and screaming until early hours of the morning. the front automatic gate was broken, you could only open by car, so if you went out by walking, you were locked out. limited breakfast, but ok, no tea/coffee making facilities in room. not enough hangers in wardrobe, had about 4.

Very wonderful old estate good recovery. Quiet and calm place. Very polite and discreet staff, delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and cheese. We would gladly come back.

The suite was perfect for our family of 4!

We arrived late to breakfast and they were busy so handy refilled everything. Great breakfast though once they were able to catch up with demand.

The Restaurant was exceptional, room comfortable, quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool.
