Pros +
- good breakfast, not dirty
- The hotel is nicely located, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was generous and with a wide variety of options.
- Staff, cleanlinessAnd great breakfast
Cons -
- small shower cabin, no water pressure, bed can get better
- A minor thing: But the breakfast room was not accessible from the building complex our room was, so we always had to go outside to actually access the room.
- The hotel is located in a street with no space to stop and get the luggage out before heading to the parking which is a few minutes walk away so that’s honestly the only downside.

Staff, cleanlinessAnd great breakfast
Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay (and this was the second time that we came). Breakfast is excellent.
Very nice staff, good location and super good breakfast.

Everything was great: location,room, breakfast
Entire experience was amazing. Was very very happy for location, room size, cleaning standard, comfy bed, clean bathroom, modern structure. The breakfast team was extremely accommodating for dietary requirements. Check in and out was simple and fast.
Lovely staff at the reception who even helped us get our luggage to the room. The hotel is set in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants and the room was clean, spacious and with a view to the hotel’s patio which is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing.

Great location, very new and clean rooms, amazing breakfast.
Although we arrived very lately at the Hotel, Andrea was taking care of everything - thanks a lot. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Very close to the City center. Parking Lot (Autosilo 1) is in a walking distance from the Hotel.

This hotel is seriously underrated and absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location couldn’t be better — only about 200 meters from the main square, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The room was bright, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — every corner of the hotel was immaculate! You can really feel the owner’s care and attention to detail in every element, from the décor to the maintenance. The small courtyard is lovely and full of Italian charm — exactly what I dreamed of when visiting Italy. Everything felt fresh, elegant, and well taken care of.Breakfast was another pleasant surprise — absolutely amazing! There were plenty of choices, and everything was delicious. The bacon and pizza were among the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were responsible, busy, and efficient, always keeping everything tidy and replenished. You could feel the positive energy in the morning! The hardworking, cheerful owner also came by to check on the breakfast area — such a nice personal touch that made the whole experience even warmer. This place truly embodies the spirit of Italian hospitality — friendly, thoughtful, and full of life.
Great location, 15 minute walk from the train station yet very close to everything. Very quiet with windows facing the courtyard. This feels like more than a 3 star hotel especially for the price. Huge room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and exceptional breakfast with a coffee machine that’s far better than most. Lovely staff. This is the perfect place to stay in a most lovely city.
My only minor complaint is the common area lights are motion sensitive and the one over the stairs goes off when you’re half way down, and I walk fast.
The staffs are kind and breakfast is good, quite enough for sleep.
1. No slippers are provided in the room, either tooth paste and brush;2. The gate closed after 8 pm and the staff gave the password for enter, but doesn't work well (need to call the staff to open the door);3. The main gate is not that kind of easy to find.
Nice appartements, modern and functional, right in the town center.
Kind, helpful and patient staff. They have no own parking places, but the recommended parking garage is close by, with a lot of places, and they give a voucher to simplify the payment and provide discount. Great bed. Full length mirror. Good bread at breakfast. Close to the city center, but outside the ZTL (but do not go to the outward direction, there are creepy faces).
By far the greatest problem is that there was very loud shouting at 7 a.m., if I identified correctly from the staff. You can’t turn off the air conditioner. A 2nd chair would be extremely helpful in the room. Narrow shower. Not enough space to pack in the bathroom. No shower cap and body lotion.
The room was very spacious, with big windows. The bathroom was very clean. Everything looked new, so it was comfortable and nice. The breakfast was delicious, with many options.
The shower was a bit too small, but of course, this was not an inconvenience.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean and comfortable. The hotel’s administrator was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even going out of his way to assist us with our luggage and show us to our room. Highly recommended!
We stayed just for one night with our 5month old baby. The hotel is just a 15min walk from the train station and very close to the main central area with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful. We got upgraded to a studio which was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed & good shower. There was a kitchen but unfortunately no kitchen utensils at all, so I'm not sure what the kitchen was for. Maybe they'll provide that if you stay longer. The breakfast was good but not amazing. I was hoping for pancakes based on one of the photos but unfortunately there was none.
We had a wonderful family stay at Corte Novella in Brescia, Italy. The hotel is spotlessly clean and located within walking distance from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring. We booked two rooms, each equipped with a sofa bed — perfect for families.A special thanks to Antony, Andre and Julia who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They not only gave us a great historical overview of the city and tips on local attractions, but also helped us purchase Gardaland tickets by kindly offering their Italian phone number to complete the online process — truly appreciated!Breakfast was simple but satisfying, just the right start to our days. Brescia itself is very lively in the evenings with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant options are endless, but we especially loved Pizzium, where we dined twice — hands down the best pizzeria in town with authentic and delicious pizza.Overall, a memorable experience that combined comfort, kindness, and culture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brescia!
Really nice hotel in the city centre. Walking distance from the historical sites. The room suite was great, very modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Parking is available nearby. Helpful staff at the reception. Also, I definitely recommend the gelateria del biondo behind the corner from the hotel.
