- Amazing Service !!! The location in perfect !
- the hotel is first class, clean and comfortable near the main attractions and a public parking for which you can get a pass at the desk for a discounted rate, but if you are arriving by car be sure you know exactly how to get to the hotel, it is tricky and there are pedestrian areas all around it and police cameras everywhere to enforce the restricted access...so beware. there is a restaurant in the hotel that served me an excellent meal in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere enhanced by some dreamy jazz in the background...perfect...built in 1933... also a great breakfast, fresh fruit, i would gladly stay there again.
- Amazing location, beautiful lobby, incredibly helpful staff - they had the best camaraderie with each other and energy with guests than any of the 4 other hotels I stayed at in Italy. It’s very near an active square with lots going on so great to sit and have coffee observing life, and it’s a short walk to many great restaurants.

- Notthing
- no complaints about the hotel
- I was in shock and awe about how hard my bed was! Thankfully I like firm mattresses (it was like camping which I am used to so I was OK) but it was honestly a surprise at this otherwise lovely hotel and others may really hate it.

Beautiful hotel in a great location around the corner from a Metro station one stop from Stazione TrenItalia Brescia
Location, most comfortable beds and pillows, rooftop view
Convenient location and great staff. Old-fashioned hotel and not luxurious, but classic, clean and well-run.
Great location.Very attentive staff.
Very outdated, has seen better times a while ago.Bathrooms badly appointed.Mini fridge not working.
I liked the breakfast until I realized it was 15 a person. Paying 45 euros for me and two children to eat breakfast, I opted out on day two- though I paid 45 euros and my friend who went with us and stayed in another room ate breakfast for her and her child all three days and they only paid 30 in total. I didn't realize it until after we left, but that was a rip off and something I would not do again. The breakfast staff however were absolutely lovely.
The air conditioning in my room didn't work but it wasn't terrible. It needs to be fixed by summer though.
Older gentleman staff member was very helpful and courteous.
Breakfast could have been better laid out. I would have appreciated a better selection of bread/rolls/fruitCoffee from machine was tasteless. Individual coffee pots woykd be a nice touch.
Very beautiful hotel, with good location in the center of Brescia. Rooms is clean and spacious and from balcony very beautiful panorama. I want to say thank you the staff very kind and hospitable.
Great location, great room, breakfast was excellent
Nothing specifically
Old fashioned furniture, missing any service or spirit of the staff, the one and only plus being the location in the centre. In summary really disappointing and Bad. Never more.

Unparalleled location in this city. Delightful staff. Historic hotel with character and charm.
The argentino off the staff!!! Excellent!!!The reception, the very nice singing cheff at the breakfast launch!! Delicious Cappuccino!!
Warm welcome; easy to reach although one can’t drive right to the front door; hotel with a lot of charme, good sized bathroom, good towels , good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast
Room was warm but could be a bit warmer….
only point is that the room was too hot. the radiator could not be turned down. I had the heating off completely. There was nothing the staff could do to help.
Location
Very old property and spaces , at night you feel that air in rooms is dry & not well soundproof. They didn’t provide water and welcome kit in the room ( we had to ask ). Unfortunately not anymore a 5 star hotel - in 2024 you expect TOP to very thing for a 5 star hotel in center of the city.
The location thats it.
Hotel is not maintained well. I had to change my room. I felt un welcomed. I was charged for water, i was charged for my childs stay although clearly said free for your child on booking. Window doesnt open. Blow dryer not working. Customer service dont pick up.
Good location. Handy to everything.
Had my laundry for 4 days and then charged me 70 euros for the pleasure. Reception told me different stories on different days as to when my clothes would be returned. Telephone in room was filthy. Definitely not 5 stars. Advertised had English Tv and pay for view-nope.
Good location, nice pieces of art inside.
