Very clean kind staff

Breakfast was really good and everyone was very nice. There wasn’t noise at night and property was clean.

I dont like it cause i check it late at 11pm and they start working at 8am it was very noisy, rooms are very small

It did a job. We were looking for somewhere to stay last minute, so it was handy.Got to say the staff were excellent especially the lady that seemed to do everything there, she was lovely, even opened the garage for me.

Overpriced for what it is. Food and drink is ok but again overpriced.

Staff amazing from arrival to departure.We arrived close to kickoff of England game in Euros.We checked in and the staff allowed us to watch the game on the big screen in reception.Atmosphere made better by Spanish fan passing through and best wishes to meet in the final During the interval staff brought coffees to us .When we properly went to the room it was spacious and clean We got directions to a local bar with great food.Breakfast was excellent continental style and plenty.Top marks

Location was great when on a way from Milano to Garda lake. Clean and good breakfast.

People were very welcoming as I don’t speak Italian, plus it was nearer my family whom I was visiting, I would certainly go back there again, but it would be nice to have a coffee machine or something like that and a small fridge, Joginder said

It didn’t have a fridge and tea or coffee machine, I need two extra pillows, need bit more choice of breakfast

Location was great as i was overnighting before a flight out of Milan the next day. Breakfast was excellent, coffee was great. Bonus was getting to watch a kids soccer match across the road from the hotel

Very hard beds and pillow. Very modest breakfast to be chosen with a formular one day before.

Very convenient for a visit to Brescia. Friendly staff, a solid restaurant, and tidy, basic rooms. It was a good spot for my needs.

Nice place for a one night stay, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. Good value for money.

A bit noisy due to an air con appliance next to the window - maybe that was specific to our room

The porch was nice

in spite of the warm, still evening, the proprietor declared that the AC could not be used until June 1st so we had to jam a chair into the porch door opening to get any breeze. This meant we were regularly disturbed by the load traffic. This also meant that mosquitos invaded leaving me with no less than 15 huge mosquito bites including four on my face that have now turned into unsightly sores. it is ridiculous that a property owner would not attempt to make his guests comfortable. Pass this place over if you are staying near Brescia.

The room is clean. The bathroom has been renovated and looks new. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, even though they don't speak English very well. The hotel is well connected by local transport (direct line to the railway station, the central part of the city, the university...). There is a large supermarket near the hotel.

Although breakfast is provided, the same is served every day. Breakfast could be more varied and plentiful. Sound insulation in the rooms is not good.

We booked a double bed, but it was 2 beds connected. Rooms and breakfaat were simple for this price.
