Centrally located to the city. Easy to walk around to different places. Facility looks modern and updated. Dog friendly and there is breakfast at the hotel if desired.

Following check in we determined that our futon had dirty sheets and pillows. There was even used tissue within them. Immediately we went to reception about a change of sheets and we were met with animosity over having indicated only one adult and one child as opposed to two adults and one child. While I admit we somehow missed this. It does not justify why we only had two changes of sheets and not extra. This is absolutely unacceptable a room should be thoroughly cleaned upon the departure of all guests. Especially with note to used bedding.

We had a late check in which was a self check in and we had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel in the dark.

Love the location and the exceptional charm and character of the hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious!

It is a great location right in the middle of the city. Nice for exploring in all directions and in a lively area. It is always nice to have breakfast included and the breakfast here was decent, nothing extraordinary but nice to start the day with a meal in the courtyard.

The rooms were basic and small. We had upgraded to a super deluxe double room and it was still a small room with just a bed and an open shelf for hanging clothes.

In the city center, with wonderful, spacious rooms and good breakfast. There's also a bike storage room.

Nice and modern room. The breakfast was good, but not great. Staff was very friendly. The location is right at the main square.

The rooms and the hotel are modern but they feel loveless and lifeless. No plants. Lighting in the room was rather dark, the shower at the end of a corridor felt rather cold and the windows have insufficient curtains, so it got bright rather soon in the room. There was a construction site right in front of the hotel - which would have been good to know beforehand, to change to a room facing the courtyard.

The room has a window with a milky glass and without a possibility to be open. Therefore the room was very dark and enclosed. That was not announced when we had booked it.

Historic hotel with a great breakfast and toiletries at the heart of Villach.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also, parking is provided for an additional fee. The buffet breakfast is good.

The rooms are nicely decorated but too small. Also, the toilet and shower are actually in the room and are separated only by panels so you can hear everything. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is not exactly on a professional level.

Great location (directly on the main pedestrian street), available parking, spacious room and bathroom (and great toiletries - soap and shampoo). Beautiful building. Excellent breakfast!

It would be nice to have at least a kettle in the room, with some tee and coffee.

Villach is a town very close to border of Italy, we just take a rest day there, Oh yes, the hotel restaurant is very nice, no matter atmosphere and decoration, food is good as well. Because the property is at old town as well as transformed from old building, the room layout is somewhat strange beyond normal hotel.

The location is excellent as you step out of the hotel right in the city center, while there is still an option to park your car by the hotel. The interior is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

Room was a bit too small

Hotel is in the city centrum, clean and renovated, very nice stuff, good quality of breakfast.

Part of bathroom is outside (sink is in room, shower separate). Toilet has a door, but up the door the space is open (open space between room and toilet). For sure not comfortable for everyone.
