- The staff on duty on my arrival & at night were exceptional; unfortunately the morning staff were not trained enough I was very disappointed with their attitude. If it wasn't for this the hotel would be a 10 out of 10

I've stayed at the hotel for 22 years, sometimes twice a year. The staff are warm and friendly, and the food is wonderful!

Old property not four stars. No Sound insulation. Loud noises from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Structure from the 80s. Exaggerated price compared to what is expected.
The location of the hotel is super. Our room was spacious overlooking the lake. The view was just stunning. Our room had a very nice big terrace. The hotel is very clean and has very nice breakfast. The owner of the hotel was extremely nice to all guests, personally making sure that everything is OK.
The beds were rather old and you could not make a move without some crackling noise coming from the bed. But we had a good sleep eventually. The food in the restaurant was not too impressive. Some of the food we had did not taste good at all but I guess it is only a matter of taste.
Everything was perfect.. Great location and lovely staff and owner. Thank you for lovely vacation!!
