Great location, breakfast included, friendly staff.

Very soft pillows, no slippers in room, rooms are smaller than shown in the photo, very tiny. There’s no shower door and water splashes everywhere.

A lovely hotel- perfect location just at the beginning of the walking street/dowtown area. It was a super easy access from the Drauradweg. The hotel throughout is an amazing jewel. The 'boutique' in the hotel name is deservedly so. Staff is lovely, perfect bike storage (separate from the hotel- just down the street). My room overlooked the walking street and the street which had the car & bus traffic, but the windows had amazing insulation and heard nothing. The breakfast set up is incredible- the food selection is top notch- at least 5 star. The breakfast room(s) itself is like a Versaille miniature set up.

Very good place to stay. Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to the train station. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was excellent!

There were park places on site but we have been directed to another park place far from the hotel. This was inconvenient for us because we arrived at 9 p.m. and we miss diner.

The property is sophisticated, comfortable, well maintained and includes excellent parking. The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous and efficient. The room itself was very modern, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet included an amazing selection of savoury and sweet offerings. Coffee was perfect. The property is located in the middle of the Villach town, but is very quiet and secure. This is an exceptional property that is also great value for money.

The parquetry floor in our room was very squeaky underfoot.

Very cozy, beautiful hotel. The location is very convenient, right in the center, everything is nearby. There is a parking lot for the car. Excellent and delicious breakfast. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor, where you can have a delicious dinner or just have drinks after a walk and relax. The room itself is cozy and stylish. Comfortable beds, silence and comfort. The staff is responsive and will always help.

We stayed for one night only, this was a nice hotel in the historical city center. There's a restaurant, which can be accessed without leaving the hotel, which is also convenient. Apparently, hotel is also equipped with the sauna, but we didn't use it.

Will not visit again

- the room temperature was cooler that outside temperature. No matter how quickly it warms up, still it is inappropriate for hosting a family with small children in January - food choice of food at breakfast was limited and the food quality was mediocre
