The sauna and swimming pool seem more suitable for elders.

Rooms are clean and spacious. comfortable beds. Friendly staff and excellent service specially during breakfast. I was a bit confused with the design of the bathroom in my room! Having two bathrooms in the room with two separate toilet seats! I couldn’t get it.Other than that, all is good

1. Faced a bit of confusion at the front desk during checkout. The good lady handling our checkout didn’t know that we already paid before arrival through booking.com as she was asking for some extras to pay. I didn’t understand. After explaining then she realized that she made a mistake. It took a while! 2. I was a bit surprised there is no proper lobby at the hotel entrance where I can set and host people for morning cup of coffee! Had to go myself to the breakfast area to get my guest cup of coffee

The staff was amazing?. Food was terrific. This Hotel is elegant, immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful ?. I will definitely will book again ?

Horrible people running a horrible place

It’s a rather absurd place, you book one hotel but you find there’s a number of them all connected through some insanely long zigzagging corridors, you don’t just need a plan, you need a bloody gps! Then… the “thermal” special spas are basically one huge swimming pool with a weird shape and hardly any water massage pumps. The biggest one is full of screaming children, “the special one” is like a swimming pool with pebbles instead of tiles on the floor, and you get there with one very old elevator just to find there’s not much to do anyway. What I found most unpleasant was the totally unhelpful stuff. They just couldn’t be bothered to stretch for some extra help, all seemed completely unenthusiastic if not bored, lacking any empathy or desire to make your stay pleasant. Misfortunately, I traveled with my dog (as they claim to be pet friendly), he is an old dog and found the marble corridors very scary and slippery. There was a perfectly large door just next to the elevator to our room leading outside, I asked the “manager” to please open it for him and she said that it was an emergency door so she couldn’t open it. Total nonsense. She could definitely consider helping but instead she actually giggled!!! watching me placing a yoga mat all the way for the dog to reach the elevator. She absolutely enjoyed making me suffer, I wouldn’t be surprised if she even took pictures: that’s how sad this woman was! I should imagine what really makes her day is to ruin the stay of someone like me. As per the room, everything was old and dirty, bed was totally uncomfortable, I order room service which was the most untasty ever food… honestly for that price one could do so much better!!! Avoid at any price, please!

The hotel was super clean, warm and the service impeccable

The bed is too hard. I had back pain from it. Good that I could treat that pain in the spa

cleaning staff in sauna area turned off all heating 40 minutes before area was supposed to shut . at 30 min before closing they got me to leave sauna and told me I could use the pool instead..?

The room was clean and comfortable, staffs were friendly, breakfast was absolutely perfectly.

I went their with my parents. Unfortunately, there was no wheelchair available for my father during our stay’s in the hotel which was a bit disappointed and the public transport not convenient enough. It is better if they could provide a direct bus to the shopping mall (ATRIO Villach) .

Room was nice, food was good.

1.) The bathroom doesn't have a fan. Also, the bathroom has a sliding door which did not stop the sounds or smells. So whenever someone took number 2, it was a disaster. The other participant could hear everything, and after a few minutes, also smell everything. This was a terrible experience. Bathrooms must have fans and proper doors. This is just unacceptable.2.) Getting to the pool from the hotel is like walking in a labyrinth. I'm not even going to get started on this one. Terrible.

Excellent spa facilities and easy access by train to Villach

For a lone traveller I found the ambience a little overly formal

proximity to tennis. incredible swimming pool, breakfast and rooms

our son’s room was 2 floors above us and we had requested adjacent rooms.

Everything was super comfortable (one exception was the European style two single beds put next to each other to make one bed with a crack and 2 exceptionally small blankets) BUT the food was great, the temperature was controllable plus you could keep windows open. The schedule for the pools was complicated but we figured it out and enjoyed them.

Everything is outstanding, fantastic rooms with breathless views, excellent breakfast and service. Highly recommended.

Internal thermal pools. The bed in my single room was big and confortabile. Personnel at the restaurant extremely attentive and kind.

Overall good, to be heavily refurbished though.
