Friendly staffs and cozy room. It was very clean.

Tiny bathroom, but it wasn’t big deal!

We only spent one night in this hotel but it was a good choice. Central location, spacious rooms, good breakfast, convenient parking.

A bit overpriced but it is Austria ?

The location was great-- a short walk from the Westbahnhof and there were cute shops right outside the hotel. All amenities in the room were great.

I woke up a little before 8AM and I heard someone already knocking down the hallway for housekeeping! Seemed way too early for me. After that I kept the DND door sign on.

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and a double room as Booking.com has the apartment only listed as max 4 people. However, the apartment ended up having 3 bedrooms (all with queen beds) plus numerous futon chairs and couches. We could have easily all have fit in the apartment without needing the double.

no-air-condition room was a bit problematic during the summer; but could be partially lifted by the fan in the room.

We loved our comfy room and our balcony. We decided to stay an extra day, and our host at Reception that morning (Andy) was very happy to hear it. Since we had a 2-night stay, he gave us free bus passes to Innsbruck. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away - very convenient and with a beautiful view! We enjoyed a beautiful Spring day exploring Innsbruck center and river areas. We also really enjoyed the cozy and stylish restaurant on-site. The traditional trout platter was exceptional, with parsley potatoes in burnt butter that I couldn't stop eating, even though I was completely stuffed! Great salads, too! Very nice breakfast in the atrium room, too. Overall, Stadhotel Kramer was EXACTLY the kind of place we wanted to enjoy while in Austria - a family-run business, an on-site restaurant with delicious local foods, and warm and friendly hosts. We will definitely recommend it to our friends, and we hope to return ourselves!

Excellent choice for breakfast with a lovely restaurant next door. Up an alley off the road and very quiet.

I couldn't fault it and would consider it again if here. Note there are no lifts so steps to negotiate to reception on first floor and second floor rooms.

Great place, good food and excellent staff. The only minus was loud music from the night bar which was in front of our room window.

We were traveling through on Christmas Day, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Breakfast was also delicious

The staff was nice and helpful and the room was cozy and clean. The location was peaceful and easy to access. The water was very fresh and drinkable. I could leave my food in a bar fridge. I also liked the historical vibe of the hotel.

The sound isolation between rooms and a corridor wasn’t very good and there was a very noisy drink machine in the lobby.

There was a security box, but no key, so useless.

Very well located in Villach, private parking well secured in an inner court yard outside th hotel, good breakfast buffet.
